Went through the drive thru. They gave me a cold drink when I asked for it hot. They apologized & quickly made me a new one. Staff very nice. The key between the customer & the person taking the order is clear communication on both sides & that can be difficult to do but they came through.
Super kind baristas even at the height of rush hour. There was a fairly long line because it’s on a major road on a lot of people’s commutes, but they were still super efficient, and I was out five minutes. Overall, really spectacular service and got the order perfect.
Always great service, speedy drive thru but sheesh $12 for two 16oz soy Lattes seems pricey...so I'll be visiting again infrequently.
This is stupid employee. They always mess with my order . Even their shift leader can’t solve the issue . She is can’t communicate issue .
As always can't beat Starbucks flavor. Service was excellent too
Location closes the lobby and posts a note so small the only way to know is to get out and try to open the door. I've complained about this location many times.
I love this starbucks due to its drive through option. Staying in the city, this is the only drive thru that I know of close to downtown and their hours are very convenient. They open till much later than other Starbucks in the area. Their service is also very good and I've never received a wrong order and their supply chain is well handled because I rarely get to hear that they are out of something. Would highly recommend!
Thank you for being where you’re at. I needed some caffeine one morning once I figured out the hotel coffee was terrible, and as always you came through!
I understand a lot of businesses are having a really hard time to balance the work load while being short staffed during this time, so therefore they need to minimize what areas can be open (dining etc). However, could there be an exception for paying customers to use the facilities? Does is not pose even more of a public health risk by not having that available especially to the paying customers coming into your business, wouldn’t you want to promote washing hands especially if they are inside your establishment?
Nice, outta the main flow, just off the pike market and Alaska way, drive thru Starbucks with quick and friendly service.
