Fantastic food at a great price. Spice Waala exceeded expectations and then some. It was so good i got it for lunch and went right back there for dinner on the same day. The Lamb kebab, Chicken Tikka, and fries were all incredible. I honestly can't believe some of these other reviews are complaining about price here. I can get a wrap with any snack on their menu and the bill will be about $15 after tax. Nowhere else in Ballard prices their items that fairly. Amazing!

The entire menu is delicious, I try and make a weekly stop here because everything I’ve tried has been beyond incredible. For its quality ingredients, quick wait time and a restaurant that supports members of our community that needs it with their free meal program. Support this place and what they do for Seattle as a whole.Chicken tikka & the papdi chaat with the mango lassi. Don’t forget to get some tamarind chutney.Sooo good!!
What you see in the picture was $19.xx before tip. It's not a lot of food. And it's not tasty enough to compensate and justify the price. I'm a big fan of Indian food, and this was simply not that great; merely OK. There are better Indian foods incl. street foods I've had for cheaper. I'm honestly somewhat baffled why this place is rated so highly (>90 reviews @ 5 star avg. at time of writing).
This place has the best Indian street food ever. First time having it and can not stop eating this Chaat and Puri. So delicious ?
I've loved Indian food my entire life but have never tried Indian street food quite like this, until now. It's everything I love about Tikka masala but now perfectly spiced and wrapped in my favorite naan to go with even more sauce on the side. My buddy felt the exact same way. We went here on a whim, some of the best food we've had.
We just ordered there, amazing stuff. The food was delicious and fast. The staff are super nice and go beyond to provide awesome service.We had an accident with an over excited puppy and they were super nice about it and made me want to go back.Definitely check them out!
Congratulations for over 1 year in Ballard! You guys rock! We love your rolls/wraps and the best french fries I have ever tasted! The dipping sauce of celontral(sp?)is amazing!!! Keep up the great work.
Spice Waala is a local Indian food restaurant that is known for their small sized burrito type foods packed woth flavor. The prices are average to high, but the flavor is all there. Their sides are really good, especially the fries along with the green chimichuri sauce. Their staff is nice, parking is kind of a pain but it's worth it. We get it delivered all the time and it's one of our favorite places, quick and filling and delicious.
