Pros: Good food, great dipping sauces, less common meat options such as large and small intestineCons: Reservation issues, slow service, forgotten itemsAs many reviews have pointed out, the service here has a lot of room for improvement. I experienced issues before even getting to the restaurant. I made a reservation for two a couple of days ahead of time to celebrate my birthday. Because of the negative reviews related to service, I decided to call the day of to confirm my reservation. Apparently they hadn't actually taken my information down when I first called. There were able to accommodate me but it's not a good first impression. After being seated and placing an order for 3 items plus drinks, we waited for over 40 minutes to receive our food and weren't given drinks until we flagged a waitress down and reminded them an additional 10 minutes later. Good thing we weren't very thirsty because refills were never offered. Later in the meal, we asked for two orders of rice. After waiting for a bit, we were only brought one bowl and again had to remind the waitress of our order. All these delays also take up a lot of the meal time they have allotted for you. Online, they ask you to take no more than 90 minutes, but that can be difficult when over half of it passes by just waiting for food.So why 4 stars? The food is really good and it's fun to use the grill. I loved trying large intestine for the first time, the bulgogi was flavorful, the pork jowl killer and I could literally eat spoonfuls of the green dipping sauce they provide. If they had even decent service, I would give a glowing 5 star review.

The food is good, but as other reviews have stated, there is a lot of improvement needed on their service.I am not sure if they just need more staff or if they have poor management, but it should not take over 40 minutes to bring out a platter of uncooked meat and vegetable. Are they not preparing anything ahead of time? Why is it taking so long? I wouldn't know because they offered no explanation. In addition to the two items we ordered taking a very long time to arrive, they also forgot to tell me they were out of tea. I had to ask them about our beverages, which were completely forgotten after nearly 50 minutes, and then they told me they were out of tea.The novelty of a tabletop grill is not worth the frustration of the agonizingly slow and inattentive service.I did feel like the servers were trying to do their best, but it looked like they may not have been trained well or given much direction.

The barbeque meat is fresh and well-portioned. The food tastes great and authentic. However, we ordered the beef combo and the restaurant ran out of the cheese fondue dish in combo, so we replaced this out of stock dish with a similar item, we found it nonsense to charge this item separately, in addition to exactly full price combo despite one less dish as out of stock. If we pay the replaced dish, then it only makes sense to also deduct $ from the combo for the dish they couldn't serve, but we paid full price for the "replaced" item, as well as the invisible/unavailable food in the combo, this logistic is trivially wrong. Thus, I do like the food here, but I won't recommend this place to my friends.

One of the best Korean BBQ spots I’ve been in Seattle. The meats were great quality and fresh. The sides were delicious. Some dishes were salty but it was good. Overall good experience and I think the beef combo is enough for 4 people.

Great quality meats (bulgogi and beef brisket) and soon tofu was very tasty. Coupled that with Terra Korean beer and you’ve got yourself a great meal. Great vibe and Staff was great also. Can’t wait to go again!

Delicious Korean bbq! The restaurant has an authentic Korean restaurant vibe, and the waiters/waitress were all friendly. Bbq meats were great for meat lovers, but their seafood pancakes and tofu soup were amazing too. Not so many Korean restaurants in Seattle and this one is probably my favorite.

Reliable and tasty! I don't usually have the BBQ because it's a bit pricey, but it's very good. I like the entrees, especially the jjigaes, the yukgaejang, and the seolleongtang. The tteokbokki with ramen noodles is also a winner if you need a new guilty pleasure! I haven't had service issues recently like I did in the past -- seems they have gotten a better system worked out.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. They were super accommodating when our Uber got lost. The food was very fresh and the restaurant very clean. We ate the pork belly, brisket, and beef short rib. We fed 4 people quite easily with this amount. Staff was very kind and efficient.

Call ahead for reservations!! We were able to get a table for the same evening when I called as soon as they opened. Portions are pretty large, we did one pork combo + beef bulgogi and that was a lot of food even for 4 people. Great side dishes, good quality. I’d definitely suggest this place if you’re in the mood for K BBQ - especially for groups!

For promoting that this is a ‘casual’ restaurant and atmosphere, My husband and I were shocked to find that reservations are required. When we arrived at 6:15 pm more than 50% of the tables were empty yet we were tolld of the requirement and turned away. In advance of going, I even checked their website first and nowhere did it state the requirement! Super disappointed.
