Just outside Pikes so it wasn't super busy. (We were also there around noon) Staff was super friendly. This was some of the best ice cream I've ever had. My husband got essentially a root beer float but with orange soda. I got Salted Caramel ice cream and Cherry Amaretto ice cream. Both flavors very distinct. You could taste everything. Ice cream was also super creamy.
DELICIOUS!! We ordered one sorbet, one plain cone and one shake. Ice cream was smooth and creamy. Flavors were spot on! Service was very friendly even though there was a long line out the door! GO!!!

Stooped in during an evening walk around Pike Place. Pleasantly surprised by how good the ice cream was! We had 2 brownie sundaes, one with vanilla and one with salted caramel. The brownies themselves are delicious, but the salted caramel? Easily one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had, let alone the best salted caramel ever! So creamy and full of flavor. The chocolate truffle shake was also amazing! Only real complaint is that the restaurant had little airflow and was hot. So waiting in line was crummy but once we had ice cream it was all good!
We hired shugs for their amazingly cute ice cream cart for our wedding this summer. Colleen was so lovely to work with from the start. She is kind, responsive, and personable. We were able to taste and try every single ice cream in store to choose flavors for our cart. It was a huge hit at our wedding! I would definitely recommend them to anyone as a delicious and way more fun alternative to wedding cake.
Ice cream was good. We went here a couple of times while we were in the area. The staff was super nice and the service was quick.
Picture looks so much nicer than this place in real life.In reality this place was hot, no AC, crowded, and i saw the server rub his hands on his jeans before handling the icecream and equipment.The servers are friendly but that was off-putting.That photo of the place is too nice lol.The icecream was actually good. Sorbets were fantastic. Shame it was hot and not enjoyable to sit inside.
HUGE scoops of fresh-made and very delicious and decadent ice cream. Plus, shakes, malts, sundaes, etc. they even have NY egg cream if that’s your fancy.Ample seating, private room available for groups and a 6-person counter/bar.Friendly staff and great value for a sweet treat. Highly recommend!!!
Great ice cream and I love their egg creams. Would be a 5 star but they have chosen to use paper straws which just don't work well with egg creams and ice cream drinks.
Nice little place, great ice cream. Nice staff ready with suggestions. I had the Invierno Shake. 7/10 heavy on the cream side with some Kahlua after taste.
