Called in for take out after getting in on a late flight. Falafel plate was awesome-- super tasty baba ganoush and hummus with 5 perfectly crispy falafels and a tasty lil salad. Got Greek fries too & they were LOADED UP. Really hit the spot. Delicious. Spent about 22 bucks and was plenty of food for the two of us.

If you are craving for some shawarma while visiting Seattle, this place is great! The shawarmas were delicious and were made similar to how they are in the Middle East, in terms of taste. The only minor negative about the place is that its dine-in seating could be improved. Rearranging the seating option so it’s more inviting to sit and dine-in.

Got the falafel plate, was excellent. See pic. the falafel, hummus and baba ganoush were all perfect ?

Amazing! They were open late which is perfect for my schedule! Had a pretty quick delivery time! But the food, omg the food is ? amazing! Great find!

The food taste was ok, it was made fresh and the quantities were wholesome. Staff was courteous too. But the dine-in was very greasy and could use some cleaning, better order a take-out.

Good shwarma also open till late night

Shawarma King is definitely a local hot spot on the Ave near the University of Washington. This Mediterranean style restaurant has a decently large menu at good prices. Their portions are quite large as well, which is always a plus, especially for local students. Parking outside can be a pain sometimes, but they have lots of seating inside and take out goes pretty quickly. They make their food fresh and are quick so there's not a lot of waiting around. I always go for the plates since it's a combo of rice, meat, humus, salad and pita - you can't beat it. The staff here are always so nice too, they seem to always love a good laugh with the customers.

Great food and service. The King Greek fries are saucy and delicious

Decent deal for the lamb shank, with bonuses that it's tasty and easily 2 or 3 meals. Soup is always reliable.Place gets packed on game days.

Came here a few months ago with my friends from Puyallup and had such a good experience. Was our first time trying Mediterranean food, so we were incredibly shocked with how long we had missed out on it. I got the chicken kebab plate and it didn't disappoint at all. Devoured the entire thing despite not being hungry, and the guys, though it was real busy were real genuine and kind. Since I'm from Puyallup, there aren't many areas that serve Mediterranean/Lebanese/Greek foods and I've been dying to come back here!
