Would rate zero stars if I could. I placed an online order through Clover and arrived at the store to pickup to find it locked and dark. There were no signs posted at the business and it was normal business hours. I verified that the restaurant was open and accepting orders through Clover. I also verified that the restaurant had charged my card. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the unexpected closure and the fact that they had charged me despite not being open, I was met by a voicemail box that was full. Over the next two days I called every few hours with the same results. I have been unable to get anybody to speak with this about. I will be filing a report with my bank to get my money back for the product I never received and the Better Business Bureau as accepting orders and taking money while closed and refusing to speak with customers is fraud. On previous occasions the staff had been socializing with friends, vaping behind the counter and once completely forgot to make my drink after ordering in store. I let that go and considered that A one off but with this additional experience I’m inclined to never visit the store again and I would recommend you do the same. This is a poorly run business at best.
What kind of shop close on Friday and Sunday?It just happens that every time I crave Sharetea, it’s not open :(And that one time they are open, they don’t have what I wanted.

Best boba tea out there, their boba is so soft and chewy. Definitely recommending my friends this.
Ordered the classic oolong milk tea. It was extremely sub par. The tea don’t even got any real taste besides the atrocious amount of milk in it. The boba is gummy and thick, and had more flavor than the tea. How does a boba shop not have crystal boba? That’s pathetic. Also asked for less ice and got a half cup instead. I didn’t say half ice, I said less. Customer service was also terrible. Lady at counter was grumpy. Glad I didn’t tip. Seattle best tea is way better than this garbage.
Like all the other shareteas. Same flavors. Loved the layout of the store though. Parking sucked. Asked if they had a military discount like the other 5 shareteas I've been to. And they don't. Disappointed in that.

We were in the area so I decided to check it out. This location is nice and clean. Right now, it's all take out and it looks like you place the order and wait outside until it's ready. I got the mango ice blended with ice cream and it hit the spot especially on the hot day. The jelly was nice and chewy and the ice cream gives it a little thickness.
Their precautions are getting ridiculous at this point. 90 degrees outside and they make you wait outside with nobody else in the store.
