Excellent service

Outside seating was sublime and a perfect setting for the delicious fare. The chairs were uncomfortable for folks who are smaller in height and girth and required sitting on the edge of the seat because the chairback was quite far back and sloped away from the table. I could have used a back cushion for support and some sort of seat cushion for comfort.

We requested outdoors, for party of 4, and the patio was delightful. Shade under a trellis, nice separation from other diners, ambiance reminded our out-of-town guests of their time in Rio de Janeiro. Everything we tried was simply delicious. Service was stellar, helpful without hovering. Interesting flavor combinations: our waiter recommended the burrata appetizer with fresh grilled peaches, balsamic vinegar, pistachios and pickled onions. Yes. We also had a delicious meatball appetizer, and 3 different pasta entries, each cooked to perfection. Excellent mild Venetian chardonnay. For dessert the canoli was especially tasty. Enjoy a relaxed evening, and satisfy your taste buds, your stomach, and your spirit. . .

What an enjoyable experience? Great accommodations and service. Food service was excellent—and presentation was top shelf. Each item was explained as served to the table Michelin-quality. Highly recommend for business or casual dining. Away from the tourist hustle downtown as well.

Overhyped and not worth it. Had a dinner reservation and the hostess barely acknowledged us. We got put at a table next to the entrace of the restrooms. Did we get profiled because we're Asian and the clientele for this restaurant was mostly White? The place was also too dark, quite hot (no A/C?), and loud inside which added to my generally bad feelings about this place. Service was slow and main dishes took ~45 mins to arrive after appetizers. Worst of all these things, the food itself was a disappointment. I won't even bother going through the pathetic appetizers we received, but for mains, we ordered the casarecce with duck confit andthe squid ink spaghetti. These are their most popular dishes according to Yelp. Both were bland and not much too them for the price. Overall, had a horrible time. Not coming back. I can recommend several awesome American/Italian restaurants that are more worth your time: Spinasse, Artusi, Haymaker, Autumn, Carrello...even Tavolí ta is a step up.

Many dishes we had at our table of four were delicious. Certainly Serafina is an institution . But don’t order the squid ink pasta. Who needs a scrawny amount of shrimp and a giant pile of no-taste black pasta? Everything else was great

the food was wonderful. However, we waited over an hour and a half for our entrees.

Very pleasant, relaxed and delicious food.

We had a lovely meal on the pack patio at Serafina. The burrata starter was delicious as were our entrees. The patio is beautiful and had a great sunshade to block the setting sun. Would definitely return for another date night.

Food was delicous and fresh! A great restaurant for a date night or an evening with friends where you can actually talk. That being said, limited vegan and gluten free options + charged a cake cutting fee. I wish they had been more upfront about that given I had indicated this was for a celebration.
