If you're in the area, you need to go here. Not only is it exceptionally clean, but the chocolate is divine. The gentleman that helped us was lovely, and gave us samples of everything. You could tell he was very passionate. Not to mention the crowns he has that you can try on. Surprise kitty on the toilet seat. Go, eat chocolate, wear crowns, it's a good time.
While the truffles and hot chocolate were delicious it was the customer service that was exemplary. Lots of samples, entertained our 6 year old, and offered to refill our water bottles. Check this place out and definitely get the hot chocolate!
We had an amazing experience! Stellar customer service by Alex, who is friendly and very knowledgable. Also, as a chocolate lover, I could not be happier by the passion, thought and dedication that is put into the products. Everything is beyond delicious, with nuanced touches of flavour. The hot chocolate is the best I have tried, even better than L.A. Burdick in Boston. Highly recommend.
Lucky enough to walk by and pop in, so glad I did! Delicious chocolate! I had the dark chocolate with peppermint and I had to fight my kids for the last few bites! If you like chocolate, pop in and enjoy! Service was amazing as well!
Incredible hot chocolate here! They melt a whole bar into the cup and even ask you if you want the drink thicker or thinner. Completely recommend if you’re in the area
Wonderful customer service. I was encouraged to pick what I liked rather than what was popular, and he offered samples of everything I was interested in and then some. The owner is knowledgeable and passionate and it was a delight to hear him talk about chocolate.
I had the best hot chocolate here in Seattle. Love the ambience. You must visit this place if you're a fan of chocolates. This place serves the best chocolates in town. My favorite is Raspberry, Rose chocolate, which comes in a cute lil package.

Best chocolates is Seattle by far. The options are endless and Alex (owner) is super friendly with samples and loves to talk about his creative process. Great spot for coffee too. Go to just kill time and taste something new. If you are visiting Seattle this is a stop not to be missed. Tons of local flavors, and blended chocolates with local distilled spirits!!!
This is a world class chocolatier experience, where you can savor multiple samples, sit comfortably and relax or engage Alex, the owner, and or staff in conversation. They take great care of their product and customers. Everything I've tasted (and I've been so many times!) is delectable. Their hot chocolate rivals Angelina in Paris, made to your liking with melted chocolate not powder. As of Dec 2021, they are open Thursday-Sunday.
