Dumplings Chinese

I saw dumpling co and immediately decided on what I'd be eating. There aren't enough places like this in KY, so I had to try. The crystal shrimp dumplings had delicious flavor, 4 in total, and each one of a different type. Beef noodle soup has become a must when I'm able, and this one didn't disappoint with just the right spice. Not sure how locals feel, but I love it already ?

I hate doing this, but honestly this food was not good. I ordered the dan dan noodles, a dish I have had many other places and love. This one was completely uninspired. Chili oil and jarred garlic do not make dan dan noodle sauce. And I'm sorry, I can not excuse serving cold noodles that took 20 minutes to "cook." An hour later I still can't get the bad garlic taste out of my mouth.

The food is great, but today they took my order on their website and received payment but when I came to pick up my food the store was closed. Their website and schedule says that they are open today. No refund to my account.Edit: my purchase was refunded and the staff was very polite about it. It sounds like it was just a scheduling mishap. The food here is authentic and high-quality, would highly recommend.

It was delicious. They gave us extra food. I don't know if it was on accident but I'm not complaining.

This is by far the best place to have dumplings. I loved spicy noodles and carrot dumplings. Would highly recommend everyone to visit this place if you're in Pike place market. The serving is really hot and tastes better.

Good pan fried pork and pork+cabbage buns! We also got the onion cake, which could have been crispier. The chili oil sauce drizzled over the buns was mild in heat. Would definitely visit again!

Hands down the best dumplings and buns I know of. Complete home-in-the-wall but the food makes the limited ambiance well worth the trip.

My boyfriend and I were on our way to a Seahawks game and wanted to stop by the original Starbucks. We spotted this place and knew it was authentically made. I’ve traveled around Asia and also know a lot of good dumpling restaurants in San Francisco. We ordered about 5 different items and loved all of them!

I love dumplings, so I was excited to hear that a dumpling and noodle place had opened near Pike Place. Everything about this experience was terrible. We did not receive the dumplings we ordered. After we ordered, the one employee working there took out some dumplings from the freezer and boiled them. Whether she boiled them too long or what I don't know, but they were served all split apart and mushy. (See photo) They were served in boxes from Mount & Bao (a good dim sum joint in another part of town.) It was as if they bought M&B's frozen dumplings in bulk, mis-cooked them, tripled the prices and served them up. When we asked the employee about the items we received and didn't received she suddenly lost the ability to communicate. Horrible experience all around.

Some of the best quality dumplings I have ever had. Would recommend not being in a rush, as everything is made to order. Food is well worth the wait.
