Good food. A little pricey. Fish and chips had one of their signature rubs so was unique. Black current and apple cider was a good complement. The line outside then inside was confusing. Friendly service. Got our food almost right away. Cool atmosphere.
Dale from Alaskan Seafood/jerky recommended this restaurant. Seafood Dip was wonderful. Everything else was great as well. Best fish and chips we have had on this trip!
I know this is a weird way to start a review but I hate fish. I have NEVER had a fish fry that I could take more than one bite of. I got a sample fish fry from here on a foodie tour and I am a changed woman. It was not overly fishy tasting, the breading was nice and crisp, and the tarter sauce was perfection. Well done Seatown. You have won me over! Also they use tots for chips, which takes them up ANOTHER level on my book.
One of the most memorable meals I’ve had in years. We had a lobster roll, fish and chips, salmon sashimi, and oysters. Everything was amazing. The lobster roll rivaled the ones I’ve had in Boston, and the fish and chips (we had the Alaskan cod one) was the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot. Was also impressed by the chef being out in the front of house during peak service hours to talk to customers. I also had a Manhattan which was kind of subpar, but this really isn’t a place you go to for cocktails. This is a place you go to eat, and the meal left me and my friend thinking about it for hours afterword.
Lovely ambiance. Food a little pricey. Service was good. I liked that the tables were nicely spaced. The beer is good. Enjoyed my meal and beer. I recommend ordering extra of the cabbage salad. It is awesome ?
My 1st Seattle experience with Raw Oysters and it was great. Taste like the fresh ocean in a shell. The Calamari was seasoned well and fried perfectly. The crazy thing was that the tots are hands down the best I've ever had. The seasonings with the smoked paprika are spot on and amazing. The side of slaw is really crisp and clean with nice and bright flavors.Just happened upon this place leaving Pike's and highly recommend it. Not pricey at all and a great find.
Very good seafood.Combo Fish/Calamari/Shrimp and chips recommend. The salmon burger was very good. Condiments seemed homemade.(Note: This is a full piece of Salmon, not a salmon patty.)
Fantastic fish and chips!!!! They add a bit of seasoning after the fish is fried. Ask for extra trader sauce, you wont regret it! I will be back here again! The best part of the chowder is definitely the seasoned goldfish crackers!
Spent nearly 100 on food (pictures below).food subpar for price. Service is through QR ordering system from table. While dining-in / one of the the restaurant lights occasionally dim and then brighten again. All and all, first and last experience at Seatown Rub Shack. Better places to be found if you’re looking for seafood around Seattle.
Wonderful food and staff! They accommodated our 9-person party, after a short wait, by pulling two tables together. The food was amazing and the service was very attentive. Our chicken wings were deliciously crisp and smokey. The salmon tasted fresh, the tater tots were crispy and moist, and the portions of fish and calamari were large.Thank you for being a great place for our Alaskan friends to have lunch with us. We'll be back!
