Delicious food, with great service from Jason.
Birthday Dinner
We sat down and my menu had someoneâs gross toothpick in it..our candle, salt and pepper and one side plate were sitting on the table next to ours . My steak was over medium so I switched with my husband but his was way underdone .. dessert was delicious .. but the rest was not what Iâd expect for the price!
Josh and Jeremy took great care of us and the food was amazing!
Evelynn was just outstanding.. If we visit the area again, we will definitely request her. Thank you Evelynn!
Ambiance good and the drinks were great but the quality of the food was okay and the service was terrible !I expected more for what we paid for our dinner!
Took my wife's son out for a steak and decided to split a tomahawk, which I highly recommend. As in the past the service was impeccable, cocktails were spot on as was the food. If you are game for an espresso martini, you will not be disappointed. The martini was the reason we braved downtown Seattle, as we have had it before and wanted an excuse to try it again.
We came in for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Our server, Jason, was outstanding and food was really good. We came at 4:30 pm, and by the end of the dinner it has gotten pretty busy. We will be back for an early dinner another time.
This was our second time at Ruthâs Chris in Seattle and we came back because of the amazing food, service, and ambiance. Today we went for celebrating my husband and my dad for Fatherâs Day during lunch time. The hostessâ attitude was bland and almost as if we were a nuisance to her. She kept swatting over to the waiting area while we were waiting and I felt like she was swatting us away almost. It made me wonder if it was because we were Asian and she was treating us like we were diseased or something. The food was perfectly cooked and everything was great. If I have to give feedback, the kidâs steak was too peppered/seasoned for her taste at that age so I wish it was lightly seasoned or not peppered at all. My lobster tail was a little saltier than what I remembered. The website mentioned validated parking at the Hyatt, for 3 hours it would be $10. Apparently, that information was outdated so we paid full price for valet and when my husband went to let the same hostess know, unamused and unapologetic, she told him itâs outdated. We were not impressed with her customer service and not quite sure how she got a job there when her job is to greet customers and make them feel welcomed.
Awesome - just decided to sit at the bar for dinner. Great food and service.
