The worse manager and really bad customer service. We came here around 9:20pm to play bowling, reserved for 7 people and asked for 2 lanes, the worker there told us wait is 1hr, but we waited for almost 2hrs, we got lane 11:10pm, one of our friend can’t stay late so he left. We hope we will get good time there so we paid for 2 hrs, but then the manager who refuse to give his name (picture below) put us (6 people) in one lane while so many lanes are opened because it’s so late. We asked if just one lane then we don’t want to pay for 2hrs, because we can’t finish 2 games. So we asked if he can change it or we can just pay for 2 games instead. He refused to do so and told us if we don’t want to play then just get out, no refund. So rude and really impolite. I understand that we has worker shortage everywhere but at least choosing the good manager. Give them 2 stars because the workers there are really nice, except this rude manager.

the bowling ? my family ? ❤️ loved it the kiddos had a blast.???

It's pretty fun, but the speakers are incredibly loud. While they do have a decent selection of games, there's nothing that makes it any different from most arcades aside from the bowling alley. Even with that, the food and drinks are incredibly overpriced and you're not allowed to bring your own sodas or snacks.

This is a great place for the family. I had 4 kids with me. We did bowling and that was fun. The food was decent and decent prices. Then we went to the arcade and did the 60 mins unlimited play. That was great for the kids and I didn't have to wait longer than 60 mins for them to finish their credits. There were many games for 4 players which was great so they can play together ❤. It was a nice variety of small kids to adult games to play. I would definitely recommend. We will be coming back!

We went on a week night for my nieces 16th birthday. Annette was amazing. She worked there bowling front desk. She went above and beyond. She personally came over to check on us multiple times. She ensure we had a great time! I look to hire people like her daily. They are gems and rare to find

This place is amazing!! Friendly helpful efficient staff. Great service. Games were plentiful and in working order. Price is reasonable. Food was good. Bowling was good. Entertainment is endless. We took a group of 55. 45 kids 10 adults. We booked this less than 2 weeks in advance. To start, it was awesome they could accommodate our large group on short notice. They had our area set up when we arrived. We took 10 of their lanes. They brought the pizza out within 30 mins hot and tasty. They took ice cream orders and brought those out for each kid. 2 of our 55 game cards didn't work and they fixed it asap. No problems.I would highly recommend this to any group big or small. I am so beyond pleased, grateful, impressed with our entire experience. Thank you so much Marisol, Linda, Kenny, Becca, our awesome host Jon (Jon really killed it out there taking care of us). And anyone else I spoke w and didn't get their name. Thank you!!!!

My family and I came to Round1 for an evening of arcade fun. They have a section do full of arcade and skills games, which you could earn tickets to exchange for gifts. The place was packed full of teens having fun. We had a lot of fun playing group games challenging each other or the games. Most games were a lot of fun, tho some games ended way too quick. You end up working up a sweat just playing video games, wish there was some better air circulation in the place. Overall it was a great family fun night.

Very family friendly and lots of things to do. It can get expensive but the value in terms of cost for time is pretty good. One of the big reasons to come here is that Round1 is a Japanese company and they have access to the latest Japanese music games, many of which are only found at Round1.

Was there for a friend's birthday, it was pretty cool having a full on arcade, pool tables and bowling was really cool. Definitely would bring my kid sister to a place like this. Never got to try out the bowling aspect but we did try the pool tables. I guess the only downside to the pool tables is we were a little close to other tables and/or people but otherwise all of us had a lot of fun!

John at the front desk was VERY unprofessional, not knowledgeable and just overall poor customer service. He gave us incorrect information which in turn ruined our split lanes next to each other. When we asked for accommodation then declined although only partial information was provided. There was 9 of us (3 young kids under 6) who we had their own lane, and then couldn’t participate again until the adults ended our first game. Then they could only have 6 people on a lane, so we had to route the kids on the adults turn for the 2nd game.Management was very unsympathetic and rude. While I understand a waitlist, I do believe some sort of accommodation should’ve been made because John failed to inform us that if a waitlist forms we are SOL for adding more time. We would’ve simply booked them for 2 games just like us.We probably won’t be back for bowling.
