Lived here for 2 years and loved it! The flats are spacious and updated, and the management was super helpful and friendly. They were nice from move in, through our entire stay, and even helped make our move out stress free.
Nice apartment! :) the leasing office and management are very kind and competent. I've recently moved out of here after living here for 2 years, and I have nothing but good words for them. I loved large open windows with city view, thick quiet concrete walls, and beautiful bosch amenities. The price is average amongst SLU apartments. I really liked to use the gym amenities and a basketball court. Not a full size, but it's amazing. I recommend if you recently moved to the city and are looking for a decent 1 year stay.
I've been happy to call Rollin Street Flats home for the last 3 years. The apartments are well built and sound proof. The location is absolutely top notch. The biggest highlight of living here is the staff. They are always friendly and helpful, and they keep connected with the community to understand the needs of the residents. Over the last couple of years, the staff has constantly delivered on improvements that residents have requested including common area renovations and top of the line locker and entry systems.
Wonderful place to live! The apartments are loft-like with high ceilings & beautifully outfitted. Great views and super quiet. A lot of storage too! Christopher in leasing is the best!!! A great guy to work with.
Of all the places we’ve lived at before, Rollin Street Flats is definitely among the top. Extremely high quality and spacious apartments (high ceilings, thick walls), nice and friendly neighbors and the most cordial and helpful management team we’ve worked with. Great location too, close to literally everything! Rents are reasonable and good value for money with all the amenities. They also have small events from time to time to encourage socializing!
Been living here since the past 6 months and absolutely love it! Where do I even begin:Firstly, the location! Right next to Whole Foods, and a block from Denny park, Rollin Street Flats is situated in walking distance of everything you’d need. We enjoy walking to cafes, restaurants and bars around at all hours of the day given the liveliness and safety of this location.Secondly, the apartment itself. The square footage is many times bigger than what you would get in any other apartments around. The spaciousness of the house along with the modern amenities such as AC and gas came in really handy during the work from home months. And lastly, the management! Jen is so amazing and the crew is responsive and friendly. We really love to call this place home!
I lived in Rollin Street Flats for 4 years. I would have never left if it wasn’t for a job opportunity that took me to the east coast. Incredible apartments, incredible leasing team (Christopher is THE BEST!!!). The apartments are truly like condos with the high end finishes. The leasing team actually cares about you and is like your family/friends. I highly recommend Rollin Street Flats. Ask for Christopher or Jennifer, they are fantastic and best in the business!!
Great building, spacious floor plans, friendly and super helpful management staff!Been living here for almost 2 years and it's been such a great experience. The building is very secure, has a great location (close to whole foods and the lake!), and has good amenities- gym, basketball court, residents lounge, package room, and maintenance support. The apartment itself is spacious, huge patios, lots of natural light, and has gas stoves!
Friendly and professional building staff and great amenities! The amenities, beautiful apartments and common areas, location are obvious from online information. It is the people running this community who make living here extra special.I moved to Seattle and Rollin Street Flats from out of state 6 months ago. I didn't want to do a house hunting trip during COVID and Jen and Amber in the leasing office were so incredibly helpful, speedy to respond, and very accommodating with somewhat in-flux move-in dates/times with out of state movers. Jen hopped on video chat with me and walked me through a couple of apartments that interested me and took the time to answer questions about the apartments, buildings, and the neighborhood. I never once felt rushed or dismissed - each and every question or concern was addressed quickly and candidly.Upon moving in, the friendliness and professionalism were even more pronounced in person believe it or not :) Knowing that I was new to the state/city/neighborhood Jen recommended local places to ease with my relocation and get the household settled in as quickly as possible. I was and still am very appreciative of the kindness they show to me and my furbaby, who is spoiled by everyone in the leasing office.I was a homeowner before moving here and I am very particular about my living space. The building and units themselves are very well maintained and the maintenance team is (as to be expected) friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to concerns/questions/issues.Between the unique combination of amenities and unit features and awesome community events (on-site pet wash station; grooming events every couple months; etc.) this building is a no-brainer. The folks running this place make it extra special.
Love this apartment. The location is great! It's quiet but there's all the neccessary amenities nearby. There is a Wholefoods and H-mart right outside the building, a bunch of different cafe options about a 5mins walk away, dentist and medical centre, all walking distance away. The management is responsive and great, and there are always activities and guest events happening if you enjoy those things as well.
