Fantastic tacos limited only by the requirement that you order three of the same kind. Not a problem if you bring some friends. The posole is delicious and extremely generous with the pork.
We opted for takeout for an easy lunch so less service to discuss but the flavors are there. I went with the traditional chicken tacos and the meat was succulent, seasoned appropriately, and more voluminous as well as quality than less expensive alternatives. Overall, they hit the mark for $$-$$$ Mexican. We'll be back.
Jill was absolutely amazing. Did a massive catering order that came in 8 large boxes and they were prepared for us with boxes and all. She even offered to drive us in her own car back to the office after our first uber cancelled on us. Above and beyond. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone because the food was plentiful and delicious. Thank you rocket taco!!!
Nice small place but amazing tacos. Low there spices which are different for all tacos (fish, shrimp, chicken, pork or veg). Must try is pork taco. Amazing.
Being a vegetarian, this is the best taco place I've tried in Seattle.Lots of vegetarian options (Chickpea cauliflower, quinoa lentils, sweet potato and beans) as tacos, burritos or quesadillasI consider myself a regular here. Don't forget to try out their interesting selection of cocktails.
Meh. For the list of ingredients, I would have expected more flavor than the decidedly bland tacos. Through no help from the distracted server, we figured out that hot sauces were available which didn't ameliorate the flavor issue with the tacos, given how one note it was. And, help yourself to the free water, since actually getting your beverage you ordered is a chore.
Excellent tacos. Tortillas really elevate this place over others. Plenty of space and friendly service. I put these tacos right up there with Carmello's as the best in Seattle. I cant wait to come back and try some of the other tacos!
Nice neighborhood restaurant. It's a regular restaurant and not a fast food place but you can get everything to go. They pretty much just serve tacos, but they are good and fairly generous in size. The staff was very nice. It was a good experience all around and I would like to go back.
I'm a transplant from Austin and have found it very hard to find good tacos in Seattle. We stumbled upon Rocket Taco's Whidbey location and finally felt like we found good tacos in Seattle. The Seattle location is great, with a good outdoor seating area. The tortillas are excellent and I usually orders some extra tortillas to go so I can eat them the next day. Oh, and the margaritas are good too.
We absolutely love Rocket taco! Pros: it is one of the best/few places where you can get authenticish tacos. They now included tacos al pastor. We usually go for an order of traditional tacos that just have the simplest ingredients and they are great! Staff is always friendly.Cons: parking can be difficult around this area
