Love it! The people really care about the products, and Rapha fit great. From their cycling tights to their cycling gear. It’s just plain perfect!

I stopped by Rapha when I was looking for Stamp Act beans and realized they have them at their coffee bar! Had a latte as well and walked around in the store.Very neat display and great variety. There is a lounge area where customers can relax and enjoy a little exhibition of cycling race memorabilia. The staff is nice, even though I was there just to have a cup of coffee they were pretty friendly.

Great selection and a great environment to check out the gear in person. One of the few retailers I prefer to buy at in person vs. online.

This is for an online purchase, and I acknowledge that it is my fault, but just [email protected]&$ this guysI bought several items from Rapha.cc, a few thousand work of items! The bibs were size L, fit perfectly (like almost every other brand). The jackets (I bought 3, heavy coat, rain, etc) were size XL (I’m 47 so just got a little thicker on the top!) and they fit gigantic. Not big, like I can put a basketball in my belly and still zip them up.So you know Covid, yada, yada, yada, me and my wife had a baby (he won’t be using Rapha when he grows up!), and that I checked out as a guest so I had a hard time figuring out how to start a return (had to contact them to get things done). I was a few days late outside the return window. So my fault. I get it.I asked for help, clothes are in their original bags, with tags, unused. Just needed to trade. If they are cheaper now, give me the lesser trade value. I get it.No help. Just, Adios amigo!Sad because I like the brand, but now my little one and I will have to find another company. One a little bit more human.

The Rapha Celebrating Women's 100K was great!

High cost for Rapha cycling gear, but helpful staff and good looking gear

Pleasant people and great service

We waited in line due to social distancing rules. There were many pretty cycle clothes in this store. We went to buy water bottles that come from region to region. The staff were friendly and quickly found what we wanted.

Lovely location and they serve coffee! Like a fantastic cycling stop at a Cafe ?. Limited selection as boutique stores feature and have a bunch of knick knacks you also see online

Excellent service. Helped me find what I was looking for. Friendly. The clerk didn’t blink when I handed her a garment I wanted to purchase. She wasn’t the cashier but just took me right where I needed to go.
