This is a neat bbq place in Seattle. The brisket and pork were amazing; the chicken could have used more flavor but really you want to go for the brisket and the pork. Their ribs are only on the weekend which was sad since I was really looking forward to trying their ribs. It was pretty empty on a weekday night but based on the food and reviews, looks like a busy joint on the weekend! Wouldn't hesitate to drop by if I am in the area! Great service!
Come here all the time with my flight crew. Tom is the best! Also, they just got new fries and they are KILLER GOOD! Stop in for happy hour, you won’t be disappointed, and there is ample parking!
I had the brisket and meatloaf sandwich with seasoned french fries. It was amazing! Great atmosphere and music!

Thursday night after a 13 hour shift in a city I don't know on the way back to my boring hotel, I discovered Raney's. 30 minutes to close and all I wanted was a hot meal and a beer. I got an incredibly tasty perfectly done brisket sandwich with fresh homestyle purple slaw. The bread was crusty and soft on the inside and absolutely perfect. Bartender was happy to serve me up another dish to take home with me, I loved it so much. He was the perfect blend of bartender and customer service. Home town feel right off the road where it isnt too busy or crowded. They've got cocktails and beer and I'll absolutely be back on my next trip.
