To be honest, I really wanted to like this ramen. I think the broth could be richer which I see on the menu you can modify how you like it. But I wanted to try just the classic Ramen as is.The chasu was definitely tender and sliced thin. I'm used to having a bit larger, thicker cut of chasu. I think that this ramen is just okay, I was hoping for more.
One of the best ramen spots in the US that my wife and I have tried so far. The tomato soup-based ramen tastes like tomato basil. It's so good! We went there at 11am so that we can avoid the queue.
This is a top notch Ramen spot in Fremont. The broth was so flavorful, the spice was there, and the ingredients tasted very fresh. You'll want to put your name on the yelp waitlist at least 45 minutes to an hour ahead of time if you go during busy times like dinner or on the weekends. Service was so fast and attentive. Love it
Excellent and authentic Kyushu Tonkotsu Ramen in Capitol Hill, Seattle.
Great place to eat some really tasty ramen! You cannot make reservations, it is a first come first serve basis. We waited approximately 30-40 min to be seated (just for you take into consideration)Great service - fast and attentive! We had the gyozas: they were perfectly pan-seared and and a really good chili-oil!We ordered two ramens, the classic (Tonkotsu Pork Broth) and negi-goma (Roasted Sesame Seads) - I love that you can customes the noodles (thickness and firmness), and the broth!I recommend if you are looking for really good ramen in Seattle!
We were lucky to get a table at 3pm on Sunday for 7 people in less than an hour. It was a rainy day, so maybe we just got lucky. I got the negi-goma ramen and liked it. It was fairly good, as far as ramen can be in this area. Service was friendly and the food came out pretty quickly.I do prefer lighter broths, and this broth was actually quite salty, so that's why I knocked off a star. Even my friend's shio broth was rather salty.
Loved it! Getting a vegan ramen is in itself hard to find. Danbo had lots of choices. We can also have additional changes made to the order, basically customize it or/and extra of anything you want, like extra noodles. The broth is tasty. I had the meso ramen which is their popular one. Gyozola is They serve meat too, so both the options available. I did Uber eats, so there felt the packaging could have been a little better especially for the broth. Using a plastic container would have made more sense. The paper one, it's more environment friendly, but had some broth coming out. Maybe something the team at danbo can think upon. Missed having some veggies though, but nevertheless I enjoyed my food. Quantity is good. Pricing is at point. Will visit again.
Nothing like good ramen to warm up to on a chilly Seattle afternoon. We knew this place has wait times over an hour so we signed up on the waitlist on yelp. The interiors are simple and unassuming, mostly wooden tables and chairs. We had the Yaki Gyoza to start with which was tender and buttery. Then we ordered the Negi Gome Rekka Ramen and the Classic Chashumen. The rekka ramen had a spicy bite to it while the chashumen was more on the creamier side. Both ramen bowls were really delicious and the braised pork was fresh and juicy. Highly recommended for ramen lovers in Seattle !
Amazing miso ramen, really good place to eat, sometimes very crowded
I loved the ramen! I tried the miso ramen and absolutely loved it! I got thin noodles with standard broth. You can customize toppings along with noodles and broth too! Worth a visit and with great price
