Been visiting Rachel's Ginger Beer at U Village for a few years now and I love the variety of flavors they offer, especially the white peach and pink guava. The location is very convenient with a lot of parking and good food options nearby to pair with the drinks. I visited in early spring to try their seasonal Spring Punch (tangerine, pineapple, carrot), which has become my all-time favorite and I cannot wait to have more! Every time I visit, the staff are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about all the flavors. Lastly, I want to give a special thanks to Henry for going above and beyond when I visited on 4/1/22! Keep up the awesome work!

First time having ginger beer at this location. I like the different flavors and then the ginger kick at the end makes it very satisfying. Ended up trying 6 different flavors! Will visit again.

I am a huge fan of Rachel's! I always order their Whisky Passion fruit vanilla drink which was on their menu and they took it off but the bar tenders are always sweet to make this for me! I have tried alot of their cocktails but I always go back to this signature drink for me. Loads of seating at this location. They also had a Maono (yes that amazing fried chicken sandwich place) but sadly this Maono location has shut down! Highly recommend if ur looking for casual drinks in CapHill area.

Always great tasting ginger beer here. My best advice is to mix your ginger beer with extra for a bit more kick/spice. You can ask for a portion to be extra ginger. You can do 50% one flavor and 50 extra. Our go to is always white peach with 25% extra ginger. We used to do 50/50 but then it wasn't enough peach flavor. But you can adjust to whatever level you like. The seasonal passion fruit, guava and orange is not bad but a bit too citrusy and a hint of bitter which I didn't love. Go with white peach it's always good!

Some of the best ginger beer I've ever tried! I also recently caught a flight out of the Sea-Tac airport and surprisingly they had Rachel's ginger beer on tap at Cafe Floret!

Really wanted to like this place more then I actually did. The drinks were ok. Frozen black cherry Moscow mule and a mango margarita. They were average in alcohol and flavor. Ambience could do with a lot of sprucing up, was bright lit and soundless. Come on guys try and make it a little fun for the overpriced frozen drinks. Bumped up a star based on feedback from owner.

Ordered the chicken sandwich with plant based meat. Good flavor combination but it was cold. Tried it again and also cold the second time.

I always love stopping in for a delicious, refreshing cocktail when I'm near any location! You just can't go wrong with any flavor. We brought family and they loved it. We are having a family reunion next summer (?) and now am going to have to have some shipped

I had the pineapple ice cream and it was smooth, not too sweet and delicious! Anneli helped me and she was a delight! I tasted a few of their ginger beers and I’m definitely coming back to get some

I love that I can go to a bar without pressure to have alcohol. And they have great options like CBD ginger beer. CBD x RGB white tea with no ice please and thank you!
