Lifetime experience at Queen Mary Tea Room. Never thought that so many varieties of Black, Flavored, Oolong, Green, White, Herbal & Red bush tea can be served as brunch, afternoon & lunch tea. We reserved our time & preferred afternoon tea menu. Ambiance was great. Service excellent. Soup, sandwich, cookies, fruits, ice cream all were tasty. Generally people reserve for 2 hours. Staff behavior was cheerful cooperative. This is the best afternoon tea I’ve ever had. Such a cute and fancy tea room. Everything was nice and flaky and crispy. Sweet but not too sweet. Great variety of tea.The service is very nice and helpful. I’m lactose intolerant and our waiter was able to get me a zesty apple sandwich and artichoke rye bread.The tomato soup was dairy free!Just beware that they do not have alternative milk available for tea. That would be my one recommendation for Queen Mary Tea Room. Just have some oat milk or something available.
Super cute and cozy ambience. It was like stepping into a wonderland. They also have plenty of tea options to choose from. Our group went for the afternoon tea menu and loved everything we tasted. They started us off with a sorbet trio and shortbread cookie and followed it with an assortment of pastries fruit and tea sandwiches. There was also a shot of tomato bisque soup. This place is also family and kid friendly. They had books and toys to keep the toddler in our group busy.
More on the expensive side but still worth it!! This is definitely an experience, I loved all the décor and the food was super yummy too. I would definitely come here again, maybe for a special occasion. Everything tasted very fresh and the tea was lovely.
This is one of the best high teas I have ever enjoyed! From the moment you walk in, the decor and atmosphere of the tea room is absolutely fantastic.They have a variety of menu options, but we went with the high tea option. They had a gluten free tray as well which was great. The experience was great with all the details tended to. There were a lot of wonderful tea options as well. If you like high tea, this place is a must!
The Queen Mary is a true delight! Quaint, charming, and delightfully decorated, there are surprises in every nook. They have thoughtfully selected every element from the sugar on the table to flower vases to the many many many teacups! It's like stepping into another world when you go inside. The staff were all so kind and of course knowledgeable, and the tea and food were delicious and well curated to the experience. We went for "high tea" to celebrate my birthday, and I was so pleased at the gluten free selections available for me! It's impossible not to smile when you're there I simply can't wait to go back. I must find something else to celebrate soon!
Charming spot to get tea, pastries, and lunch. There's also a traditional tea service (think tea party with towers of snacks). Excellent tea options, both caffeinated and uncaffeinated, and stepping inside is like stepping into another magical world. Reservations very strongly recommended.
Afternoon Tea, curry beef pasties and baked salmon quiche along with the jams were so delicious. The tea emporium is such a cute little tea store. Great selection of teas.
A gorgeous tea spot, many people have recommended it and they aren't wrong! The afternoon tea for $50 is just the best. You get the little bit of sorbet, a sugar cookie, a full pot of tea, and the tower of treats~ They have adorable sugar and overall just an incredible atmosphere! They also offered many tea samples so that I could consider what I'd like to get next time. Every tea I tried was absolutely lovely though and the staff is very attentive, helpful and kind!
Wow what an adorable tea room! The vibe is cute and floral. Afternoon tea is delicious and unique - this place definitely has lots of tea collections that are hard to find anywhere else. The tea has a really pleasant aroma and clear color, which indicates good quality. Food is also great and fresh! Definitely will come back.
