Unprofessional staff working. Have always had this issue at this club for the longest time. Falsify reports and make accusations to look as the innocent party. This is not an inclusive environment that they claim to have.Claims for vaping are a lie. Please have your team reach out with the footage. What is a good email for management?
Not fun at all. Security guard grabs random girls throughout the night that with a group of girls and throws them out for no reason. Very unsafe and ugly club.Everyone that works there after covId just ugly inside and out.
2 star for location no doubt It's a good place to spend night I drank 3 large whiskey I went to washroom and when I was coming back a bouncer said follow me & took me out & said to leave because i was drunk i requested bouncer at entrance even told him I m standing on my feet with no issue & i didnt do anything he replied his colleague said you are drunk so I can't do anything .. my question is why do people drink to get drunk right I was not the only one who was drunk & if I did something wrong it would be justified but just because I was drunk I was kicked .. I didn't even got Chane to close my card tips limit serving alcohol per person or serve just non alcoholic beverages if you don't want people to get drunk ... it's was my first experience of club & it was disaster
if i could give 0 i would. My friend and i went into a bathroom stall together. While in there the bouncers shut the lights out on us and when we came out there was 5 men grabbing us and kicking us out for going to the restroom together. They would not let us get our checked coats and shoved us out the back door with no explanation other than we can’t go to the bathroom together. no warning. 5 men surrounding you in a bathroom and grabbing you (when we were not resistant honestly just confused) is absolutely wrong.
Love this places even though it can be pricy (drinks mostly) but you can't contact anyone. The number only is some agency to connect you to them but yall don't have a number put in with them.

Bouncers are very rude and on a power trip. One bouncer got mad at my group, threw my friend's drink across the room, and didn't bother to pay him back. The bouncers kicked us out, but said that if I paid them $20 under the table they would allow me in the club. I am not kidding that they tried to extort money from me. Very sleazy. Drinks are overpriced. Wasn't even that good, get your drinks elsewhere. Cover is overpriced. I recommend you take your money on other (better) clubs around Cap Hill.
Nice venue, good people, but the sound engineer could do a better sound eq. Sound is powered by Funktion One speakers, which are one of the best in the market, but they could sound better.
Q nightclub is a good nightclub that mostly serves a younger audience in their 20's. The club is not as large as photos make it appear. There is a main dancefloor, a VIP room and a main bar. The music is excellent- the leadoff Dj was good and the main act-Ducky on the night I went was outstanding. They have bottle service (as I recall it was 600$-I politely declined- a female employee approached me and asked if I was interested in it (probably because I was older and better dressed than most in the club since I had a sports jacket and dress shirt on). Most of the males in the crowd were wearing a polo shirt or a tshirt and jeans (i would recommend wearing a nice polo shirt and decent jeans if you are a guy). The audience comprised about 75% male the night I went and I did not see many people hooking up the night I was there (most people danced with the people they came in with and I did not see much mixing with other people from my observations). If you are looking for a good dance club this is a good place to go-the main drawback is the high price-it cost 20 dollars for me to enter (and I bought ahead of time- it was even more at the door) which is why I did not give the club a higher rating than 3/12 stars since the music was excellent and I enjoyed myself. Worth a visit if you like very good music and the price is not a deterrent.
Went there for a friend's birthday party not too long ago and was kicked out after looking for my friends girlfriend who went missing. The bouncer accused me for slurring my speech even when I have a stutter and a speech disorder. I hope this discrimination ceases to exist ever again. I only had one cocktail and never even finished it. The bartenders were chill, the ticket booth was chill, the bouncers and the manager that didn't help at all should be fired and thrown out.
