Food tastes okay overall but AMAZING place for wine!
Our waiter was great! Itâs very dark inside, you canât see the food. The fried artichokes were bitter & inedible. They tasted soapy. Good wine !
Fantastic service. Food was great - my husbands pasta a little too spicy but we should have asked first. Server was great recommending drinks, wine etc. My only complaint is I'm not a fan of QR codes for menus - especially when trying to pair drinks, food etc. Sitting at a table watching people scroll an extensive menu on phones is not my idea of socializing. They did however provide a paper menu when asked, but I heard others around me saying they were challenged with reading everything on their phones as well.
I used to love Purple, I used to go por special ocasiones and with friends. My last time there was before COVID. I know the menu always changes but this time ( first time) I didnât like the menu and the food was ok, it was not amaizing as it used to be.

Everything was delicious but especially the braised short ribs! Such a cool spot for a semi-fancy night out.
