Amazing sandwich shop with great sandwiches... Ps: just load em up! The sandwich expert was awesome!Served me how he would want to be served, he even helped by creating a "yellow" mac and cheese for my picky lil 5 year old by adding cheddar. Wish they had this shop in Canada...will return at my next visit to Seattle!

I found a fly in my sandwich after eating the majority of it. The manager didn't even say he was sorry. I wasn't even able to keep the food down because that is just disgusting to me. I will never be getting food from there again. DISGUSTING!

I ordered sandwiches through Potbelly website and never received the order. I called 4 times so far to get a refund and was on hold for 15min, trying to speak with store manager. No response and refund so far - poorest customer service from people, who apparently do not care.

I frequent this location sometimes twice a week because of its proximity to my job. Over the last 4-6 weeks I have been very disappointed in the food I have received. Sandwiches barely have meat on them. Salads barely have enough lettuce. Toppings have been missing. Scheduled pickups are 30-60 minutes behind. Even after advertising 30% more meat, it’s still just sad.

Really good bread to start, lots of menu choices. Service and food were perfect.

I used to go to this location, now I just go to Lenora & 6th for better customer service. Lenora & 6th is cleaner too.Called in once to get an order cancelled (I ordered through the app) so I can re-order and use a coupon. The manager apparently canceled the order, but my credit card still got charged. Called in multiple times for the refund, but was always told that it's "processing." Never got my money back, and never got that sandwich I paid for!

Food is really good and I have to say a big thank you for the awesome customer service I am so lucky to have a potbelly that is so close

My order was to be ready at 616pm. When I arrived at 620 and waited another 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I told the new guy I was there for pickup. He took my name looked at a few bags and told me that it wasn't quite ready. 10 minutes later I asked again to the gal behind the counter. She told me they hadn't started my order yet. I explained to her it was unacceptable that I am standing and waiting while they continue to make sandwiches for 5 other folks. I ordered on line so I wouldn't have to wait. They started to make my 2 sandwiches, then realized they had not made my shakes. The sandwich line man said he would start my shakes. 3mintues later the gal picked up to cups with tin foil as a lid. I told her I saw those shakes sitting there since I walked in, she handed them to me and told me they would be fine. Absolutely not okay. I requested new shakes to be made. At this point it was 640pm. She did offer me a free cookie...what a joke. None of the 3 employees seemed to really care and that infuriated me. I asked them for a customer service # and the poor new guy told me it was his first day and the other two told me they didn't know it. How absolutely rude and horrible customer service.

First time visiting Potbelly Sandwich Shop, and Seattle for that matter, & I needed a sandwich shop recommendation. After asking for referrals, & being given 2 options, I decided to visit Potbelly. I was starving after a long day of travel & needed something quick. Potbelly fit the bill. I do not like hard bread (the bread through the oven reminded me of Quiznos) & the bread was a little too crispy after going through the oven. However, the sandwich was tasty. I ordered the original size A Wreck & it was an average 6" sized sub. Price was a bit much for the sandwich only, $8.19 before tax, but it tasted good, & I was hungry, so I'm not complaining.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an online order and went to pick it up 15-20 mins after, got there, and stood and waited patiently. Normal. Blonde girl sees me, ask if I'm online, and then does not say a word. A walk-in customer walks in, she starts helping him making his sandwich. 2nd walk-in customer comes in, she passes 1st sandwich down line to 2nd worker and starts taking the 2nd customer's order, who has walked in after me, and mind you, my sandwich is already made and purchased. I walk up to her just to ask a question, and before I can even finish talking, SHE YELLS AT ME and points telling me to stand over where I was originally. Rude and unprofessional. The other worker noticed after she snapped what was going on and quickly stopped what he was doing and finished the 2 online orders. (There was another online order behind me who came in after me, that ended up getting his order before me somehow.) Very confusing situation, I know, but it could have been avoided with proper hard work and attention to detail rather then snapping at your customers.Food was ok, nothing special. Just your normal sub place with very little meat, cheese or veggies, even for the biggest sized sandwich.
