The food was great. The issue was they had zero utensils! ? The delivery company DIDN'T bring ANY in their shipment. Management, where are you and why aren't you fixing THAT? Not a great look for your store.Customer service and the food was great. Having to go to Starbucks next door for utensils was not ideal. If they had utensils a 4 star review easily.Step up management. Popeyes customers deserve better at those prices. Not ALL food is finger FOOD!
The chicken I received for my man and myself was cold, tasted like it was cooked a day or two before and just reheated. The customer service was awful: trying to rush us away from the drive through, didn’t receive change back until 5 minutes AFTER we asked, drinks were almost forgotten, no silverware given, and people coming around dancing and then staring at us. Drinks were mostly ice. We feel like we were scammed and only given 1/4 of the meal. Would not recommend.
The chicken was way under cooked, red beans and rice mostly white rice and the beans were dry, macaroni and cheese looks like it came out of a can,the only thing that was pretty good was the lemon Aid, the biscuit was just average. Would I return, NO! I also waited in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes unacceptable, I understand they were short on staff but still that is no excuse for uncooked chicken.
Though I love Popeyes chicken this place completely failed to give me a $30+ box of chicken tenders and then refused to refund my card though I called immediately and had my receipt. This is a lot of money for fast food and they don't offer any vegetables besides cole slaw which is also not great for family dinners. Other locations offer green beans and corn on the cob. Will not be returning to this location though it is a shame!
Dine in not an option anymore. Dining area, well building for that matter, is locked to non-employees. So you can't walk in and order to skip the obscenely long wait in the drive-thru. You are stuck to wait it out and hopefully get your order in a timely manner. I didn't time it but it was not quick by any stretch of the imagination. This can't be the normal? The spicy chicken sandwich didn't disappoint but the chicken piece looked smaller than I remember.
The drive up line circled the building. I waited in the line to order a five piece chicken tenders. I intentionally do not order nuggets because they over battered and overcooked. I pay the premium price for moist chicken. The absolute worst order of chicken ever?. Not tenders as ordered, can't even describe them as nuggets. More the consistency of spicy overcooked leather pieces. Not quite nugget size dried out crunchy something. Total waste of time and money. Stay away from White Center Popeyes. Disappointing ?
Never get the order right. Ordered Mac and cheese, got mashed potatoes. Ordered extra biscuit, paid for it but it wasn't in the bag. Asked for mild, got spicy, which I can't eat. Love the chicken but get really frustrated.
This would have been a four-star review, because normally? I'm a fan of the chicken sandwich as a rule But!!Popeye's needs to pull its collective head out of its arse, and open another location in Seattle proper - I don't care what time of the day I arrive??Invariably, I'm in the line at the drive-thru for 35-40 minutes, with about 12-13 cars ahead of me. This evening I left my job for a break at 6:16pm, arrived @ P's by 6:19, left the drive-thru by 6:54, and barely made it back in time to clock in by 7pm. Oh yeah, and think using the app to order/ pick up your food inside is quicker/ smarter?? Think again -- it most certainly is Not. ^^ All this, in spite the fact that you can see there's easily 15-20 people working inside the place.Double-yoo... teeee... efffff, Popeye's???Three stars is being generous.Get it together. Seriously.
Placed order online, when prompted the order was ready for pick up, I arrive at the store to be told they are closed 15 minutes early and have no food to cook. This happened on two different occasions at this Popeye's in White Center Washington. Im done with them
Listen everyone. The service . . . it sucks. Some of the worst out there. But is that why we come. Anticipation and patience are what give meaning. Popeyes is an experience. Not merely a fast food restaurant but a place to reflect and be reborn. God has given this amazing gift. Let's just Cherish that.
