My husband and I ate here on May 23 after a long day at Mt. Ranier. The restaurant is located at Pikes Market and has a lovely water view. The onion soup and bouillabaise are fantastic. French 75 is also very good. In addition the hostess and waitress were wonderful. Highly recommend this little restaurant for a pleasant evening out
Our most favorite place in Seattle. We come here every few weeks. I highly recommend to make a reservation because place is very small and If you will come without reservation high chance it will be fully booked. In summer they have nice Terrace with beautiful water view.My most favorite dishes here is duck breast, steak frites, calamari dijoinaise, NW bouillabaisse, Liver pate and lamb shank. Menu here is seasonal so they always add some nice dishes on the menu!
We had a fabulous lunch at Place Pigalle, wouldn’t have knows it’s there as tucked away in Pikes place market. Tina looked after us beautifully and made the whole experience even better. Food and wine was delicious, had the warm beet salad and my friend the clam chowder. Extensive wine list, just look at the racks on the wall! Very relaxing given how busy the market can be, with views of the water. Definitely recommended. Thank you!
A hidden gem in Pike Place - our tour guide (Joe) recommended it to us. Beautiful views over the bay, peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, with very attentive and knowledgable service. We had lunch - and the food was excellent - we had the clam chowder and the warm beet salad - both first class. Get away from the hustle and bustle of the market and you won't be disappointed.
Absolutely delicious, so much flavor and quality. We had the salmon special, French soup and beet salad, all were fantastic. Lunch was not busy at all at 1pm, got a great table by the window with beautiful views of the sound. The highlight of our visit to Seattle after some other restaurants disappointed
Great food, great service, fun wine list, great view!
I had a wonderful experience dining here some 20 years ago and didn't expect it to still be in business when I returned to Seattle recently. It was a pleasant surprise to find it still there and better than ever. The setting and somewhat hidden location is special. The food and service is excellent and the views don't hurt either. I highly recommend. The owner/staff are very caring and attentive.
Charming little gem! Felt like I was in Europe. Gorgeous views, epic French onion soup, beet salad, and fresh sourdough. Highly recommend!
A hidden little gem in the heart of Pike Place Market. This place is a bit on the $$$ side but I love having lunch or dinner here. The service, view, atmosphere is super cozy and lovely. I love small little restaurants so this place is a charm to me. I always walk out happy and feeling very satisfied. In the summer they do offer their front patio seating. This is my spot for lunch meetings or celebrating a special occasion.
Stopped in for a quick bite and cocktail as the sun was setting in March....sat us right down, quick, lovely service, delicious calamari and soup, in and out with terrific ambiance!
