Ordered a pizza through the online app, it was "delivered" by doordash. I use quotations because I never got my food. After waiting an hour, I got a text notification from doordash saying my food was "left in a safe place by my driver" and the link provided which would show me where this location was, didn't work. I never got my food. After waiting for over an hour.
The food was fine. The app did not work. My pizza had been ready for some time but because the app did not work JI could not receive notice my pizza was ready nor could I tell the restaurant I was in the parking lot. The app did not work well when I ordered and it should have been a sign for me to not continue to use the app and to call the location instead. I will never use the app again. Using the app made my experience less enjoyable
The customer service at the counter was exceptional because the individual was very energetic and courteous. Love it when people are willing to be excited to meet and greet customers and to help serve them.
Wow! I order a Stuff crust Meat lover pizza, and wanted light on the sauce, not NO SAUCE!! THIS WAS THE MOST DIGUSTING DRY PIZZA IVE EVER EATEN. WHO DO YOU COMPLAIN TO? NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE? I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK!! CAN ANY ONE DIRECT ME TO THE RIGHT PLACE TO GET A REFUND?
My order was lukewarm when it arrived. The pizza was good, but the breadsticks were hard and tough. The cinnamon sticks were still soft and warm - I liked them the best.
I was allowed to order my pizza delivery before the store closing, but I never received it. If the delivery cutoff time was later, then the app/website failed to prevent me from ordering. I paid for a delivery I never received.
2 Employees in the back were making Pizzas without masks, really we are in a Pandemic with numbers increasing 50%. Pizzas were ok and over priced an adult supervisor should of been present instead of only teenagers working. Called on the phone was ordering and then I got cut off on phone. So I tried phone app not very user friendly and glitchy. Eaten here in the past but quality has gone down.
about 45 minutes went by before the store called me to inform me that they were canceling my order and not making anymore. No explanation. The call said it was recorded. Not informative. Just were no longer cooking today.
I ordered the holiday box. One Hawaiian pizza and a pepperoni. My bell peppers were shriveled and burnt. My cheese sticks had way too much seasoning on top to the point where you couldn’t eat it. When we arrived to the restaurant they couldn’t find my order so overall a frustrating experience. I took photos of the poorly made food. I love Pizza Hut but this ruined my experience. Money down the drain. Won’t be back.
Pizza was delicious and very hot.Johnny was really helpful and kind. He went out of his way to ensure that we got our food right as it came out as we were waiting in the car.
