Ping’s is always top notch. The special crispy layer dumplings are simple and delicious, and they come with a tasty vinegar sauce and a hot chili oil Szechuan pepper sauce. Ping herself is a treasure.

We had a great experience at pings dumpling house! We were pleased to hear there are about 5 fully vegan items on the menu such as veggie pot stickers, veggie bun, veggie chow mein, and a couple more. The menu doesn’t state vegan but the staff were quickly able to tell us what we could eat. The potstickers were fantastic and one of the best I’ve had. Everything here is hand made. The restaurant was very clean. I highly recommend!

We had the pork soup dumplings and the potstickers. The food here tastes like it was made by your friends mom! It’s amazing and is very fresh and homemade tasting!

The dough and wrappers are chewy and fluffy. The filling for the fried dumplings is actually pieces of pork vs. Ground meat and filled with chives. It felt very savory and could use more sweetness for my tastes. Paired with hot oil and vinegar givs it a nice balance.

Mom-and-pop type authentic Chinese cuisine establishment. Wonderful service, lovely food, and super convenient to get to (just behind the Chinatown welcome arch, on the left side of the street). The added ability to pay for your food online sure streamlines the dining process.

Worst pork soup dumpling ever. It's all dry, not even a lick of the Juice in the takeout container. Same for Steamed dumpling - They are Dry and stick together. Don't waste your time and money eating in.

If you like expensive dumplings w/ no flavor--go here! And while you're at it, but sure to drown the dumplings w/ the sauces provided on the table---you'll need it. 3 people eating dumplings cost $50. No frills dining.

The food was delicious, loved the pork and shrimp soup dumplings and the shrimp soup dumplings. We also got the chicken pot stickers and they had a dumpling skirt which was nice and crispy! You could tell the food was homemade and the ladies serving us were very nice. Can’t wait to go back!

We came here because of the good reviews but was disappointed! The lady recommended the pork dumpling but to my dismay, there was barely any pork in it. Only little hints of minced pork. Paid $12.99 for it and it was a waste of money. Won’t be back again.

I love it here, it's the clean and the owner is nice. I think it's better than commercialized dim sum places. If you're going to dine in make sure you have plenty of time because she makes the dumplings from scratch, takes time.
