Always good and unique selection of food. Always have had friendly service here. Decent vibe off a fun section of Seattle. Place has a neat history too.
Good selection of beer coupled with a good bar menu. Staff was excellent and friendly. Jay was outstanding!
Great bar with lots of space for anger groups. Was open later when many bars in the area were closed. Food is on par with any restaurant that has a beard award.
Good beer selection but I think we must have caught the bartenders on an off day, they were not friendly to the point of being rude. I’ll will be back for the beer and hopefully the staff is having a better day!
Such a cool vibe with a touch of creepiness. Excellent tap list. The food was good to especially the pizza. When I went it was a Wednesday and filled up fast. Very popular place.

I am almost weary to review Pine Box, it feels like such a fun an atmospheric spot. But I know that once this best kept secret gets out, all will be flocking to this mortuary turned bar.
Super friendly staff, good drinks, surprisingly tasty food. Only wish is that some of the lights were off cuz it has a super cool vibe but loses a lot of it due to the lighting. Would have loved it more even with just the fake candles and all top lighting turned off.Will definitely return for sure.
Female bartender was aloof. Male bartender was warm and helpful. Good selection of beers and prices, but both of mine were flat (it may have been the IPAs I chose, because I had never had them before). Pizza was tasty yet average. Would have given a lower score would if it was not during COVID.
Amazing beer selection, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and plenty of space to spread out.
