Stopped here for lunch. The food overall was good. I got the Connecticut style crab roll and The scallop chowder that comes with dill. I didn't enjoy that scallop chowder that much but the crab roll was delicious
We did not want to wait in line at Pike Place Market, so we were thrilled there was another location at Pacific Place. There was no line and we could see others leisurely enjoying their meals. The service was great and the chowders were delicious! We really liked the flavors and heartiness of the soups. It was packed full of flavor and they were generous with the seafood and vegetables. So glad we were able to try it and not have to waste time on our trip!
Simply excellent. New England clam chowder bread bowl. Le Magnifiqué. Clean area, food service, family oriented. Will comeback any time
Clam chowder was good but not worth it for chowder and sour dough bread. Didn’t love their sour dough. I wanted to order fries for their happy hour but they wouldn’t give it to me. She said happy hour was over (3-6pm). I looked at my watch it said 5:59. I showed her the time on my watch and she still wouldn’t honor the happy hour pricing. Terrible customer service.
Excellent fish and chips. Pacific cod. Others in group had clam chowder and they reported it was very good. Service is stand up to order
This is in such a great place for people staying downtown for conferences in Seattle! I actually went twice during the week I was there for a convention and was impressed both times. Food was cooked well and incredibly filling. The chowder over fries is a must-order. The staff was kind and provided quick service, especially at lunch when I and others were on a break.
The food here can sometimes be really good- but it's very overpriced. I ordered chowder fries which were over nine dollars and the portion size was very small- the dish filled less than half of the container it was in. The upside is that they were really tasty. The last time I went here the fries were cooked for too long, but this time they were great!
Had the clam chowder in a bread bowl. Delicious and very filling. Sourdough bread was a tiny bit stale, but still tasted good.
Some dang good chowder! And I ate A LOT of chowder while here in Seattle. This was hands down the best. Also the seafood roll SLAPPED! It’s very pricey for 2 bread bowls 1 fountain drink and a seafood was $65! But I will say I would pay it again. I love it.
This location inside is far less crowded than the location actually in Pike Place market, but has the exact same chowder. The chowder is good, although it is not my personal favorite, I can easily see why it is rated so highly. I love that the potatoes in the chowder are cut into small pieces and don't make up the majority of each spoonful like you find in inferior chowders. The clams have a great flavor as well. I also had a Connecticut style lobster roll, which was good, but lacked as much butter as I would have liked. Worth checking out and trying some chowder.
