I so adore PCC. Their quality is as high as their prices. Awesome selection of locally produced foods, and shopping here is a way to choose to support local and organic farmers. Parking can be tough- I strongly recommend entering and parking in the garage on NW Ballard Way to avoid the cluster in the street on NW 46th Street. It's an immovable nightmare during rush hour....But this PCC and the homey, welcoming vibe within, not to mention the EXCEPTIONAL options to please your palate, are worth the battle.

I shop there once a week. I really like their produce and meat session. Cheese variety is also pretty good.

The food here is good, but the prices are just outrageously high. Especially the fruit. Often there isn’t enough fresh bread. The cheese selection is excellent - but prices are really high. I can get the same from Fred Myer for half the price. I don’t mind paying a premium for local products but this is ridiculous.Just adding commentary post response from PCC. Response was somewhat dripping with a bit of snark as to how sensitive I am to the local conditions. The point is your prices are just too high - for like branded items such as bread. You can pawn that off on fair wages, but I bet Kroger pays just fine in comparison and charging a huge premium on those items makes it difficult to spend more on the items that matter to local farmers and more importantly local people that need to eat better. You need to to be able to make it so people can afford to shop there. Truth is that at least for fruit, it’s way cheaper to just buy it from the source.I also have to wonder how high your food waste is. Probably plays a role and maybe you should try selling misfits .. that would help farmers and consumers …

Always the best organic and local foods from near and far. Open early and good service from employees. Parking can be difficult pulling in and out during lunch and busy times.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Plentiful selections were natural and organic. The only downside are the prices but in this period of high inflation that is not the fault of the store. I highly recommend PCC if you want organic foods.

This is a fantastic store. Beautiful produce section right as you walk in, nice customer service, and great overall selection of groceries.

I don't love the layout of this store. The deli, salad bar, etc. is in the middle with produce and groceries on either side. However, the quality of the food is very good and the location is very convenient. It seems larger than the Fremont location but somehow it also seems like it has a smaller amount/variety of food.

Most of the staff are nice. The meat department seems full of douchebags who aren't willing to answer questions about bacon. Cold cuts in the deli are left out to oxidize all day and they won't cut fresh for you.

I’ve been going to this PCC for last 1.5 years. The produce is fresh and the hot meals on point. The staff I am particularly grateful for. A special thanks to the produce department and the checkout cashier who assisted me in looking for some much needed items to help me move. They were incredibly kind and supportive. PCC is lucky to have y’all!

Whoever made the breakfast burritos on 3/24/22 should make them every day. My co-worker and I get them a few times a week, and we both agreed they were perfect today!
