Deep in the heart of pikes place market, this hidden gem of flavor bombs hides away. And if you take the time to dig it up, you will be well rewarded with amazingly delicious fresh pasta. Something j didn't expect from this unassuming store front. The spot prawns had me ready to chain myself to the register and dand more. Simply delicious!
It's so great to find an unexpected gem in the middle of a bustling city. Pasta Casalinga exceeded expectations given the ramshackled interior of the seating area. Ignore that, as once you taste the pasta, you're whisked to an Italian piazza, ranking among the best plates of food you'll find anywhere for this price. Pleasingly, the prawns still had their shells on, the purple asparagus heads were crispy and delicious, and the pasta was on the perfect side of Al Dente. Slightly spicy sauce and full of flavours of the sea. Quite exceptional, and I will return on future trips to Seattle. Highly rated and deservedly so. Outstanding.
Quaint little restaurant with delicious pasta dishes in the market. The flavors remind me of the meals I had in Italy. If you're in the market, stop in for a bite
Really fresh pasta and sauce, but don't come late or you'll have few to no options.Came on a Sunday in the afternoon around 3:30pm, there was only two options for food available. Everything else sold out. What was available was really fresh, only wish they had more options. I believe they don't open on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Soooooooo I almost prejudged this place. Almost I did and then the cashier was absolutely amazing and then there were two dudes making pasta and they were all nice with me allowing me to take pics etc then then then on top of that….. the food. Omg the food!!! So amazing. 10/10 would highly recommend! Much love from Texas enjoy some pics I took there
Little place on the corner of the Pike Market. Great pasta, our lasagna was exquisite. Great service and recommendations.
Fantastic pasta spot in Pike Place, small but everchanging menu, always extremely good. They've got rotating seafood, meat, and vegetable options and always available lasagna and pomodoro. There's seating available inside nearby.
The garden pasta was amazing! The mafaldine pasta was Al dente and the sauce was flavorful but not too heavy. The sausage added a nice bit of flavor as well and was plentiful. Nice plating too!
I worked near Pike Place for ~1 year, and this was my most-frequented lunch spot. It’s a hidden gem and easy to miss, which makes it not-so-touristy but VERY good. The people who have eaten here are loyal.I love the rotating menu, and have favorites - the pesto dishes and the beet (I always order the From the Garden), but I absolutely love trying new dishes. The folks who work here are absolutely fantastic, quick, funny, and always with a smile.I’m no longer in Seattle, but visit frequently and this is always on my “must do” list.
Hidden pasta gem! Some friends ordered some burrata pasta and it was soooooo good. The pasta looks like it's made and cooked on the spot and it really reflects in the taste. I can't believe I've been going to Pike Place and even been inside this food court and haven't seen this place. It's a tight little spot but I would love to sit down and enjoy some fresh pasta with some wine.Pasta: 9/10Experience: 7/10Value: 7/10
