This is the best sandwich you will ever have in your life (the number 1). It was so good that I ate here three days in a row while I visiting in Seattle for three days.*Posting this review a little late*

Delicious! Highly recommended before we went to the city so it was a must-try on our itinerary. It did not disappoint! We got the #1 and #2 sandwiches and they were amazing. So flavorful and really well done pork.

If you’re waiting for a mariners game to start or in the area and hungry, Paseo is the go to restaurant. Not only is the food authentic, but the kind staff is as well. The cooks have perfected the balance of meats, vegetables, and bread in regards to their sandwiches. The tostones are crispy and fantastic as well. This place is definitely top 3 in the Seattle area when it comes to non-American style sandwiches.

We stopped here before goin lg to a concert at the Showbox. It was a great idea because the food was sooo delicious. Had the nachos, a sandwich, and fries. The service was awesome and food arrived quickly. The restaurant was clean, including the restroom. I enjoyed my time eating here…will definitely come back!!!

Stopped here in a hurry to get to the fabulous Van Gogh exhibition next door. Family of 5 had diverse orders and all were plentiful and delicious. What friendly people and great food! Cubano sandwich, #1, was awesome. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend!

Sort of stumbled on this place, and now I’ll recommend it to anyone I know. It’s just so good. A little pricey, but well worth it. We got the #2 and the #7 along with corn. It was all phenomenal—will certainly return next time I’m in SODO.

Awesome meat to bun ratio for the most popular "#1 sandwich" which is generous amounts of pulled pork on a warm toasted bun. Get the napkins out, the juices are going to drip all over if you're not prepared. Just the right amount of fat and grease that it won't make you feel uncomfortable. Location is near Showbox so it might get packed, 4 free parking spots out front. Slightly cold inside, but the sandwich hits the spot. Cuban pork sandwich was around 13.50 after tax.

The most vegan thing you can get is the tofu delight, but it has non vegan aioli. Even with the aioli, it was super bland. Bread was super meh and hard on the ends. Only thing with flavor was the jalapeños. Look elsewhere if avoiding animal products

Delicious Cuban sandwhich - really juicy and pretty loaded. They have a good selection of sandwiches and other sides. I would definitely come back if I was in the area.

This is the worst place to eat or spend anytime at. Never go to this place ever. My experience was terrible because I got a parking ticket for over a hundred dollars for parking in front of the restaurant. Literally! I parked in the parking spaces in the parking lot IN FRONT OF THE RESTAURANT. When I asked the persons in charge to help with this ticket they said it was my fault for parking in front of the restaurant and that I should have known better. Can you believe they said that! Who would pull up in front of a restaurant where there are parking spaces and expect that the parking spaces do not belong to the restaurant! When I mentioned this to the persons in charge they directed me to a SMALL SIGN - 8 x 11 - in poor handwriting saying parking anywhere in front or around the restaurant is not their parking. Mind you this little sign was buried next to other small signs on the door and you would miss it every time.If this terrible experience was not enough the food was not good at all and very over priced. So to sum up I go to a place with a friend, the food is not good at all, the prices are way to high, and both of us get huge parking tickets. This place is awful!
