No housekeeping unless you explicitly ask for it. We were surprised that the room was not made when we came back. Even when you explicitly request housekeeping, they don't do it. What a service. Unconventional in a bad way. The bathtub was the only good thing about the hotel. Also apparently understaffed.

Probably the worst hotel stay. 1. Arrived at 3:55pm and told the room was not ready and had to wait for another 30 minutes. 2. Room was not cleaned properly. Blond long hair at the bath tub. 3. You had to request room keeping and it could even be impossible even after you request. I actually had to request twice. so total only had one room keeping for 6 days stay. 4. Very inflexible and unfriendly reception

We really enjoyed our stay. We booked the space needle king suit or smth like that and the city view was amazing. Room service already includes 20 percent tip + 5 bucks delivery, so don't do the mistake and give them more as I did :)

Great location. Pretty much walking distance from all the major attractions in Seattle. Room sizes were pretty nice. Decent voew of the Space Needle. Customer service was great as well. Overall great experience.

Little hard to figure out how to get into. This boutique hotel had it all, service, I never touched the front door, the doorman was on top of his job and greater, welcomed me back, etc. Felt like I was really welcome,.the checkin process was seamless, everything I needed to know was mentioned to me at checkin. The rooms were well appointed and everyone was happy with the ciew from their rooms.Breakfast/lunch was spectacular, I was the only one in there initially and the server was doing something else on arrival, he immediately greeted me made suggestions of what was popular base on orders and comments. I felt he was really there to help me not there just to do his job at a minimum. His suggestion was presented beautifully. This is my new go to hotel in Seattle. Really enjoyed my visit.

Definitely a great stay. The rooms were simple but above and beyond in amenities. I was especially thankful for the umbrella as it was needed since I walked just about everywhere during my stay. It's right around the block from the Amazon Campus and The Spheres, and attached to a whole foods. If you don't want to leave there's a restaurant for breakfast and dinner and a great bar for drinks. Everyone was polite and accommodating.Extra deep and long tub, good size shower, lots of chargers, and the bed was great! I have bad hips and almost every single hotel bed I've stayed in the last few years have left me sore for days, but I woke up refreshed here.11/10 would stay again.

I loved my room! Absolutely top notch. It was very clean. It had a safe in the room for my use if needed. They even had an umbrella for me to use!My only complaint was there was no place for me to get drinks or snacks aside from the restaurant or stocked fridge

Review long overdue but must mention a customer service agent, Latvious R., whom I will never forget due to her empathy and understanding regarding a very personal experience I was going through. Latavious went above and beyond from check in to check out… and more. Latavious is Pan Pacific’s way of showing how important the customer service experience truly is. Thank you again.- spacious rooms with view!- oversized soaking tub!- great location!- fantastic customer service!

Amazing! Excellent costumer service!! Great food at the restaurant!!

Great, great staff and service. The front desk staff is extremely professional and considerate. The agents know guests by name and are always ready to extend themselves to satisfy any guest request. The front hall and lobby marble gleams and smells wonderful. Rooms are well-appointed and the location can't be beaten. Whole Foods is right downstairs. The hotel is walking distance to Google, Amazon, famous Seattle landmarks, and a lot of great food options. The negatives include the extremely expensive parking and the amount of street noise,no matter which room you stay in. It almost sounds like you are sleeping on the street level as you can hear all the street traffic pretty much 18 hours a day. Bring earplugs and you will benefit from this beautiful hotel at a Seattle-affordable price.
