Great food. Fantastic customer service. After a long and rough day at work, I popped in on the way home to pick up a delicious Lil Woody's Primo. Since I was grabbing a prepaid takeout order I wasn't going to be in the store very long. Yet the gentleman who gathered my order was exceptional with customer service in the moment, very friendly, and very accommodating. I went from my own customer-facing job (where I spent the day getting yelled at for things outside of my control) to having a top-shelf experience. This is the definition of truly great customer service-- striving endlessly to make peoples' days better, spreading positivity to people who may have had the worst day of their life. It is these small moments that can turn the tide. Well done.
Probably the nicest staff I've ever met. I somehow placed an online order for a different store, and they made me a replacement, cancelled and refunded the other, and did it so nicely and quickly. On top of that, this store has the most consistently good pizzas. Absolutely love this location.
We ordered at 6:30 and were told it would be an 55 minutes, come to the store at 7:40 and they said our order was never placed. No apologies or anything.

I come here due to its convenience, they are very inconsistent with the Pagliaccio salad with regard to dressing, topping and even amount. Most recently they filled my container about 1/2 full. Unacceptable.
I'm in Seattle about seven years. I have work most of my life in restaurants, over thirty years. In Seattle from my experience, i think and is my opinion and only, i believe is from the most professional business people i have ever seen. I wish you all the best and thank you for your service.

One of the best local pizza places. I’ve tried quite a few of them. The best being the spicy chicken and the veggie pizza. Their bread sticks are also very delicious.
Always good pizza, and open late. I'm only deducting a star for the sometimes unfriendly crew. Not rude, just seems like they don't care sometimes.
