I've been here multiple times and the pizza is always good.Today I went in and stood at the counter for about two minutes and wasn't even acknowledged by employees. I had at least three employees who walked by in some way and made eye contact with me but none said 'Hello' or 'We'll be right with you' or anything. I ended up leaving and going to eat somewhere else.
a lot of unnecessary confusion, multiple calls, eventual pick up instead of normal delivery of our pizza on the parcel box which has been tge routine since covid started. delivery rules apparently changed as prior the delivery person calls to notify and would leave the pizza. now, if you dont hear your phone ring (easy to happen), tge person wairs for a few minutes (pagliacci words, not mine) and returns to store without leaving the pizza. we wait, call again. informed of situation. i tell the lady we still want the pizza. we are told it will be an hour and a half. fine, we still want the pizza. i call back to say we can pick it up so that will be a 20 minute wait, but it added to the confusion so i tokd her we will wait for the delivery. time lapses. i call again. the man answeing told me it had been cancelled but can call the store manager to see what was happening. i explained the situation to the young man trying to figure out what had happened. however, when i told him the routine we have had for years, his response was 'i dont need to know about the past, im figuring out what happened.' well, that is the crux of what happened. he put in the order to pick up within 20 minutes. when my husband went in to pick up, more confusion that it wasnt ready for another 45 minutes (we had waited half an hour to pick it up). a bit more dialogue and finally he left with the large pepperoni pizza. out this whole thing, i have no idea how and when the delivery changed, the young lady became so confused, and why getting a large pizza was so diificult. ordering from pagliacci has been up and down worsening over the years.
Their pizza selection could use some work, so I always build my own with the stuff I like. It's delicious and nutritious (sort of). Would give 5 stars if I liked more of the pizzas listed on the menu.
Oh my goodness, such a cute breakfast place! We stumbled upon this place after stopping by another restaurant that had a very long line and we were soooo glad we did! The person who took our order (the owner, I believe), was soooo sweet and had such energy! Our sandwiches were all so delicious! Would totally recommend this place for anyone and everyone!
Excellent pizza, some of the best in the City, a bit pricey but well worth it. Peace b.
Some of the best pizza I’ve had in years! I tried one of their Mushroom pizzas and I barely even like mushrooms but it was delicious and I will be coming back for more! Also, the classic pepperoni is perfection!
Great pizza served hot out of the oven. Good experience after a long day and not wanting to cook at home. Completely recommend!
Best Pagliacci out of all Seattle locationsCrisp and just right crust
Good God, I'm weak in the knees! Great pizza! Cesar salad is so darn good! Any pie with extra garlic will take your head off!!! Best of the best of the best!
Pagliacci's is and will always be my favorite pizza place ever. They actually have ricotta, and if you're able to catch it when it's in season, you've got to try the bianca. I know it's not everybody's favorite, my mom doesn't like it so much, but me and my kids and my partner are obsessed. Since moving to Lynnwood unfortunately there's no way for me to really get it so it will still be hot, also they don't deliver here. Pagliacci's on the Ave was my first bite of the most delicious pizza of my life. No one can convince me otherwise. That flavor brings back so many memories.
