Unacceptable wait time. Other Coast makes great sandwiches, but today they've made my fiancé wait 30+ minutes to get food we ordered over an hour before it was ready. I get you might be busy, but please don't indicate food will be ready by a certain time and then totally overshoot the estimate. Bummed, but probably won't ever be ordering from here again.
Not my absolute favorite sandwich restaurant in Seattle but it's still a great choice to get a delicious sandwich. I wish they had indoor seating again but the outdoor covered seating options work fairly well. I've tried a few of their sandwiches and haven't found one I didn't thoroughly enjoy.
This place is great! I was out doing some food deliveries and because I had to pick up two orders and I had a tiny wait…so I decided to order.I ordered the Turkey Rueben…this sandwich is absolutely amazing (2nd time I’ve had it)I had the basaltic Mayo put on the side, only because I not a huge mayo person. I did add some of the mayo to my sandwich and was a great addition…The customer service was absolutely phenomenal as well.
Tasty sandwich (Rajun Cajun) but appalling service. There was no line and I ordered my sandwich, but only after paying did they tell me that it would be "out in about 25-30 minutes." Excuse me? Incredibly unprofessional. This information should have been provided up front, before I paid. At this rate, the half-off happy hour for sandwiches was just around the corner, so I might as well have waited. Never again.
Delicious!! The staff is awesome and the sandwiches are amazing! Love this place and so happy it has survived the pandemic!!
Good sandwiches but no indoor dining options. Not ideal during winter. Bit expensive for a 7 inch sub.
My office always agrees on Other Coast as our lunchtime destination. Even if someone is going alone and the rest of us catch wind of it, that person gets texts full of orders while walking over there. The sammiches are filling and flavorful. Emily and her staff are amazing.
Best hot sandwich on Ballard Ave. Turkey Reuben is my personal favorite, but the meatballs are a close second. Fast and friendly, but can be a bit of a wait because it's no secret that the food is great.
A great place for all sandwich lovers! Wish there were a few more veggie options but the ones that do exist are fantastic! The meat options, both hot and cold, were great
My favorite place to get a sandwich in Ballard during my lunch break. Friendly staff I usually see working their butts off to get all the sandwiches ready and out the door. Never too long a wait.Apparently someone broke-in and stole their iPad, so ordering online isn't working as of right now, but phone calls work.✌️??
