Ramen Noodles

This place was better than I had expected. They served ramen with a Chinese twist (mostly from Sichuan peppercorn). It was an interesting combo and I don’t think I hate it, coming from someone that is usually extremely against fusion food. A small complaint is the store is tiny with very limited seating, but the employee could not be nicer.

If you like ramen this is the place to eat because everything is fresh including noodles.

WOW!! This was some of the best ramen we’ve ever had. Flavor was so so tasty! Definitely a lot of flavor in the broth. There’s levels to this ish. Also do yourself a favor. Get the fried chicken. It comes out hot and fresh. So dang good! We will def be back!

It was too packed for us to dine in on Sunday night and the poor girl was doing everything by herself taking orders, serving and bussing. So we ordered take out and didn’t get to try the ramen - but from the chicken sandwich we tried…WE WILL BE BACK. 10/10 perfection. The chicken wasn’t overloaded with breading and the spicy level was a great kick, without making you want to cry. If this sandwich is a testament to what the kitchen can do, I can’t wait to try the ramen. Kitchen staff and the server were so kind and friendly!

This place boasts some of the best ramen I’ve ever had, with some non-traditional flavors such as mala spicy (a flavor typically associated with Sichuanese cuisine). Their fried chicken is also a must-try. I would seriously rate this place more than five stars if I could!

Ordered the garlicky broth ramen - the flavor was great on that rainy day. The noodles are made in house and have a satisfying chew to them, the char siu is tender and flavorful. All in all a very satisfying bowl of ramen. Do note that it was a little hard to find since the address on Google does not say that they are on the 2nd floor. Also know that there is parking validation for either a half hour or hour in the attached parking garage. The interior is pretty cramped so you may have a bit of a wait before being seated unless you go at non- peak times.

The owner says they've been in business for 6 years but it took that long for me to discover this place. Oh my, what a find. Small, unpretentious and somewhat hidden away in a corner above the QFC grocery. The ramen noodle machine is installed in the front window and noodles were being made when we arrived. A peek in the kitchen revealed giant vats of broth being stewed. We were warned there would be temporary kitchen noise while the spices for the mala were being ground. A lot of work, they said. We had the chicken sandwich and, not knowing what "numbing" hotness meant, one of the mild ramen bowls. The pickled cucumber draped over top of the ultra crispy chicken was the perfect balance to the spices. The crispy coating was dark and I worried that the chicken would be dry, but surprised when juices ran down my hand on the first bite. Wow! The ramen was pure comfort food. The owner recommended the Mala ... and we will be back soon to try that, too. p.s. The menu says there are vegan and vegetarian options. Also, cook-at-home kits.

Came Sunday 7PM~. Very small cramped venue. Decided to do take-out instead.Got the Kotteri ramen. Good rich garlic flavor. Held up well. For those doing take-out, would recommend heating up both before eating.Mala ramen 3 stars. Quite spicy with immediate kick of hot. Flavor hard to judge off of spiciness. Not as flavorful as Kotteri but good nonetheless.Would happily eat here again / the fried chicken seems a star menu item will need to try for next time. Good work/ good food.Note menu prices on Google are off. 15~16 dollar range for ramen.

Best ramen I've ever had. My previous favourite was Three Wise Monkeys in Cape Town - but this was just better. Spicy broth with deep flavour, tender pork belly. Chicken was also one of the best I've ever had. Extremely crispy with a bite, but juicy and tender to the bone. Kids loved the Shanghai Ramen. Spicy Miso Tofu was also excellent for my first veg ramen.

Best Ramen and Ayam Goreng. Absolutely Recommended.
