come around, little ones. lemme tell you bouta story bout a lil place called “oasis tea zone”.this is a place where EVERY asian came to. we stayed here till midnight playing games, drinking our standard quality boba that was slightly cheaper then a majority of places. we ruled the world and the world was ours.this was and STILL is a great solid place. i luv the vibes. the drinks are solid.i personally got the rose milk tea w/ lychee. it was bussing. this is my go to order for like… any place that has it LOL.the menu is HUGE. like its very, very big esp for a boba place. you are bound to find a drink you are going to like 100% if you give it the chance and some trial and error. love it.my brother got the avocado smoothie (so judging him for not getting milk tea) which was good to him and my dads standard. yes, avocado can be utilized as a dessert/for sweeter items, its a thing in Asia.would i recommend? on my mama and on my papa, yes please come here. this is one of the most iconic boba spots in seattle other then seattle best tea which is THE boba spot.i loved my drinks, workers were funny and entertaining, love the vibezzz. at night, the quality declines in correlation with the crazy business that is the midnight shift. however, those are when the vibes are best. the vibes you feel with your friends and the euphoria that comes with enjoying whatever you have - embracing cheap solid boba with some of your closest peers.sincerely, t.m

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE STEAL. $4.50 for a large milk tea and $5.50 to get it with 2x tapioca. Coming from a state where a normal milk tea with normal boba is $9, this was suspicious at first. When you taste the tea though, you realize it’s money well spent. The tapioca is made perfectly and the tea is delicious as well. 10/10 you locals are lucky to have this place in your area

Nice milk tea and very friendly staff. Price is in linr with Seattle benchmark. Personally would opt for one of the other chains next time.Menu is very complicated even for a regular boba drinker.

It's a bubble tea place. Nothing especially unique about this place. I ordered a banana milk tea. Couldn't taste any banana flavor (maybe a bit under ripe banana). Ordered a royal milk tea too. Again, nothing special. The boba was very soft and mushy.

Hip and very popular place. We went here 9 pm on a Sunday night and it was packed. I can see why-the items are really interesting. Dinging it slightly because the staff doesn’t know it’s menu very well. (More below)This is a big tea shop which has arcades and ample room for groups. It has a couple standing tables (without chairs) and normal four to 8 person tables. The drinks range from classic tea shop to unique. The seasame Oreo shake is such a treat. Very interesting and great flavor combination. The winter melon tea with pudding is classic style and what you’d see at a boba shop. The pudding is soft and can go through your straw which is nice. The blueberry tea was interesting, not my favorite but unique. The food looked good and was bar style. Lots of people ordered the skewersOverall it takes 5-30 min to get your order depending on the crowd level. The line moves pretty well, but they should have the menu on the table as well. You would have to take a step back and crane to see what the name was. To make it worse the staff member didn’t seem to understand the pudding order. He got a bit confused on what it was. People must not order it too much. The price is around boba prices now unfortunately. I miss the days it was cheaper, but expect for it to be $6-$8 for one drink.

Really love the dairy free options and variety of flavors. I got the fruit purée and it was interesting. My husband didn’t like his but I liked lychee mango flavor. I would return more during the summer. Now they use other “milk” options I want to explore some more.Improvement wise - the music was aggressive and really loud. Went there in the afternoon and it felt too much.

We came here because it was close to the flix bus stop. The floor is sticky! Made me feel uncomfortable to walk around but as soon as you snag a seat you are safe. We ordered the popcorn chicken and fries combo. We had the option of going with regular or spicy for the chicken and select regular, waffles, sweet potato or nori (seaweed) for fries. We ended up with spicy and sweet potatoes. The chicken wasn't as spicy as I expected it was very mild spicy. For drinks we went with one of the popular combo of Taro Oreo Snow and Chocolate Avocado Smoothie. I initially thought the boba would be included but learned that you need to mention that. Not a deal breaker but now I know. Ultimately we were satisfied. The food was good enough. 4/5 overall.

I've been going to oasis Chinatown location for atleast a decade now and it's normally my go to boba shop. unfortunately we now have to yell our orders for the cashiers to hear us and if you want food, don't bother. after 31 minutes of waiting for popcorn chicken I asked about our order and they said they haven't even started on it and that it's going to be another 10-15 min. If the wait is going to be 40+min for food then there should be better communication between the staff so cashiers can warn customers from the get go. people who ordered food AFTER us got theirs and we hadn't gotten ours. don't bother, this location has gone downhill fast

Believe the boba hype! Large wooden space, free board games, late hours and an exhaustive boba menu with lots of topping options. Well worth the visit.

Oasis is an okay place for milk tea. There's a lot of options to customize your drinks. Unfortunately, a lot of the flavors come in powdered form and there's an odd, almost chocolate aftertaste to many of the drinks. I typically don't go for their teas.Their bubble waffles are delicious, however. The dessert waffle is packed with strawberries, Oreo crumbles, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce goodness! Definitely my go-to for a good dessert bubble waffle! Be prepared for a decent wait for food. Don't forget to check it too because my food order was incorrect a few times.
