I ordered the garlic tonkatsu ramen. $17 with tax. The broth is tasty and rich. Definitely strong garlic, which is good. Only complaint would be on the meat. It’s a bit more dry and hard than I would expect from Ramen. Possibly a bit overcooked. That said, it’s good quality and tastes good. Nice and filling.

Pretty great ramen, and chicken karaage!

Impressed! Did a walk by on a rainy day. I eat a vegetarian diet and ordered the vegetarian ramen. It was SO GOOD. Usually if I get a vegetarian option of a classic dish, it is quite disappointing. Not this one. This vegetarian ramen was complex, deep in flavour. Super stoked and can't wait to get back and have it again. Plus, they did not skip on veggies or tofu. Best veggie ramen I have ever had. Husband had the poke bowl and was impressed by it as well. Minimum rice which is always a bonus as well. Go to this place!!

Food was ok. Reduced portions. Veggie tofu ramen just had about 2 to 3 tofu cubes unlike pre covid days. Service was lackluster. One of the servers just seemed annoyed by our presence.

Asian fusion, Japanese with Korean flares and some Vietnamese touches. If you're looking for authentic Japanese ramen or dishes, this is not it. The noodle & broth are average, came out warm, slurp rate avg, chicken prepared separately & dried, doesn't compliment well with the bowl. Bulgogy great first taste but tire quickly, salad over dressing. Calamari could use a tangy sauce. House sake is bland, taste like warm water. Once spoiled with authentic cusines in Japan, Korea, Vietnam, this doesn't cut it, as there are other options in Seattle, even some fusions are prepared well

Such a solid ramen spot ambience could be a lil better the food is defiantly the winner

I love this ramen restaurant due to the warm and cozy atmosphere. The staffs are friendly and attentive. I would love to come back someday in the future.

Delicious ramen and takoyaki! We came on a Friday night and we’re seated immediately. Service was fast and the food was awesome.

Nuna is a delivery staple in my household - they're always so delicious, even after traveling

This restaurant has surprised me, their deep fired foods and ramen are really good, taste almost the same as original Japan local restaurants. It is the best I had tried in Seattle so far, will order some others from their menu next time. Highly recommend!P.S. during the pandemic period a vaccination proof is requested for all dine in customers.
