This place was great! I was pleasantly surprised. It has a nice atmosphere, a great sake menu, and even some delicious cocktails. The sushi did have some trouble staying together but it was very fresh and delicious. And the pork katsudon was sooo good. Some places can make it too sweet but this was spot on. I will definitely recommend and go back. :)
We were able to get a table for 13 on a Saturday which was a blessing! The host and servers were extremely kind and welcoming. Food was fantastic, a very happy party of people. Highly recommend any of the sushi and definitely try the udon curry. Will be coming here again for sure!
BEST SUSHI EVER!!!! 10000/10 literally the best sushi, must try the Las Vegas and Lion King rolls. Customer service was amazing and everyone was so nice. Highly recommend, please check it out if you’re in the area!
It was fairly quiet and casual, so great for conversation. I enjoyed that the menus were by QR code from the table, so no concerns about menus during the pandemic, but if you don't have a smartphone, it might be less fun.The sushi was good but not amazing. I appreciate that they have an upcharge option to real crab for items like California rolls.
delicious sushi ? and nice personal❤️
I LOVED the cozy atmosphere here! I was shocked by how amazing the sushi was for such great prices!
Good sushi, well priced, lots of roll options, and lots of seating. This is a nice casual sushi dinner spot. Quality is good, though not out of this world, but the menu is priced fairly. Also a good takeout spot!
Great place! I’ve never had sashimi before so i can’t speak to comparison with other places but the sashimi and nigiri sets blew me away! The waiter we had was very cordial and easy going.
To start, the decor is amazing. It's super clean and very tastefully decorated. The space itself feels simultaneously very high-class and very unassuming while maintaining a certain level of charm that I really enjoy. The staff are always really friendly and it's easy to tell that they're trying their best (they tend to get busy at certain times and Noren seems to get quite a bit of business via takeout and Uber Eats) but wait times are almost never very long. Now for the best part: the food. It's really very difficult to go wrong when ordering; I once ordered a few hand rolls (without knowing what they were) and LOVED them. The care that they put into even the cheapest items on their menu is immediately clear and there is an obvious desire for you to enjoy the food. The calamari is always picture perfect. The specialty rolls are where you find the more experimental and daring flavor combinations, but after eating a large number of them, there was only one that I didn't enjoy and it was only because it wasn't to my taste; it was still carefully planned and crafted and I could still appreciate it.Regarding drinks, they offer some of the more common beers and a respectable array of sake wines. I didn't think of myself as someone who enjoyed sake until after I tried a few flights; it really is a much more rich experience than most people realize so if you drink alcohol, give these a shot (no pun intended).Overall a 5/5 and this will no doubt continue to be a favorite spot.
Taste of the food was okay.. The Inari was good, but my daughter found some crab meat in her vegetarian avocado roll. We specifically put in the instructions no crab meat, no fish, no egg, no mayo, but still somehow the crab ended up in the wrong roll.
