Nice hotpot place , I been here twice. First time I ate spicy soup, this time I ate the original soup, both are good. I prefer spicy hotpot ?

The spicy soup is perfect! The amount of food is on point! I can't wait to go again. Service is great and the staff is super friendly.
I wish I could do a 3.5We got seated and told to use app. Asked if we had been there before and we replied no. He then walked away. For the prices being charged some help navigating the app and ordering would of been extremely helpful. I had to leave my table because it was impossible to get the attention of anyone who could help with the process. And even then the help was at a minimal. The flavors were good. But as a family who has never had this style of food,some helpful tips from the staff would of been appreciated.
No. 9 Alley Hot Pot has amazing flavors if you are craving hot pot! I love that they add goji berries to the soup. You get a choice of multiple flavors (we had spicy, mushroom, bone broth and veggie). Whether you want seafood, pork, or tofu, you will have many flavors to cook in, and comes with noodles and other goodies to add. There is also a full sauce bar — very impressive number of options! This feast made the perfect afternoon, and of course we had leftovers for later! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Please try this hidden gem and try all the amazing foods!
This place has such a great environment inside, once you get in it feels like you are in a different place.Hot pot flavor are amazing, I tried 4 flavors (beef, chicken, pork and spicy) together with some meet and seafood.Every ingredient very fresh and diverse.Attention is very good no they are fast ! I highly recommend this places for big groups to enjoy company and enjoy while food is coming.
Had an amazing experience! Food was amazing and I loved how I got to try new things that I’ve never tried before. Just an overall fun experience. From choosing what sauces you want to figuring out what meat, seafood, and veggies you are going to try, just a very enjoyable time. Service was great as well!
It is the best hot pot all you can eat in greater Seattle area. Much better than happy lamb… highly recommend 椒麻锅
Their sauce bar has a variety of ingredients. Never seen a hot pot place with so many options. Their unlimited ordering option is not worth it though, a little on the pricey end.
Super fast service, large menu, and delicious food!! We had the bone broth and the spicy peppercorn broth and both were great. $4 seems a little steep for the all-important sauces, but you definitely can't go without it. We ordered pork, beef, and lamb with the all you can eat, along with a bunch of mushrooms, fish cakes, and tripe for sides. Everything was clean, service was friendly, and the food was great. Definitely coming back!
