Vietnamese Vegetarian Noodles

Good vegetarian food, nice servers.

Their vegan menu is as big as the regular menu! They have my favorite Vietnamese dish and their version is so good. The only weird thing is at every Asian restaurant I went to in Seattle rice costs extra. I’m well traveled and have never seen that before consistently across a city.

After going to Vietnam, finding pho in Seattle that has the same taste is HARD. If you get the oxtail pho, know the oxtails are small. I recommend the beef rib pho. Deeelish! ? Our kids enjoy the pho, general tso and pork fried rice.

Huge menu for a Vietnamese restaurant (although no banh mi). Also, they can make everything 100% vegetarian or vegan if you’d like. Also one of the few Vietnamese restaurants in Seattle with an “excellent” food safety rating from the city.

large vegan menu. Authentic Vietnamese dishes.

This place has changed since it had the new owner. The food is not quality as it used to be. Be careful what you order to take out. It was not your order and the waitress ignored you.

This restaurant has the best vegetarian food ever. I especially love the Vietnamese. Sour soup and crunchy noodle = sooo good.

The food would have been great if it had not been cold , and the general appearance of the place left 1 l questioning it's cleanliness

Came in at 8:05, 40 minutes before close and was immediately greeted with “We close at 8:45.” I assured the waitress who seemed stressed that we would eat fast, which we did. Out by 8:35.Quick service and decent chicken pho. Not the best but I give four stars because I’ve worked food service and know how the end of the night is.Good proportions of noodle, vegetables, and chicken, my only concern was the broth was lacking flavor which I assume works wonderfully for American pho consumption with overloaded hoisin and sriracha. Not for this guy.

Went here for Chinese newyear lunchServes vegan lunch I was surprised howGood the food was.
