Wow I’m impressed! Great ramen and appetizers. There was a lot of flavor and not extremely salty. For the spicy tonkotsu I’d prefer the regular chasu since the braised pork was chewy. Other than that everything was great.

Good food backed by a Great name (Iron Chef Morimoto San)! The Tonkatsu Ramen was excellent (coming from someone who loves a spicy broth & was surprised). The Popcorn Shrimp is a crowd pleaser and definitely worked it’s magic. The Spicy Dan Dan looked like it might give you a heart attack but it was amazing! The price and quantity was typical of Seattle. The service was fast, efficient and smooth. Check @AWorldOnMyPlate on Instagram for more Seattle based content

I had high expectations from this place but the food was really disappointing. We got gyukotsu, which is the most pricy ramen I've ever had, plus Tonkutsu. Both ramen had little to no-taste and were overfilled with oil. I would certainly not revisit this place. My only tip would be to go somewhere else instead of wasting your money here. (Maybe try oink on cap hill).

Photo: Tonkatsu Ramen $16Came here because of chef morimoto. Unfortunately did not take a picture of the fish carpaccio but it was really good.(although pricey). The sashimi was smooth and fresh with a light zing to it that made it a great appetizer (and apparently morimoto made it during the iron chef competition). The ramen however was just good, not exceptional, which was a bit disappointing because I had high expectations for this place.

Bone Clean Yum Yum! My server got it right when she recommended the sticky ribs appetizer. Spicy dan dan entrée was equally delicious. Only thing missed was the manager didn’t do a table visit to hear how great I thought everything was. Five stars anyhow!

What a disappointment! The duck fat fries used to be amazing, thick potato pieces (see other posts) but they changed it to French fries that taste like they came from a fast food chain. I hope they go back to the OG fries. Please let this be temporary! The dan dan noodles were actually bland. Didn't know that was possible. There was no heat to it at all.Chicken ramen was good. Karaage was great.

Was expecting a lot more from this place, but it was merely just ok.We got seated quick and the service was great, the noodles were over cooked and under salted, asked for spicy but there was really no spice at all.Would not go out of my way to go here again.

Delicious food with great service in a polished space in the ID. Park at Uwajimaya, grab dinner here, pick up a few items in the grocery store when done to get free parking. Looking forward to trying everything on the menu!

Dine-in. Saturday 4:30 PM. Seated immediately.Dimlit / LOUD 2000s Panic at the disco music playing / open kitchen cooking means smells throughout lower area. Slightly hazy (from cooking?)Ate tonkotsu ramen, duck fat fries. 15 minute from seating to service.Ramen good. Fries above average but not blown away. Expected some unique flavor from duck fat but no just crispy fries.NOTE! Photo on ramen sections: TAN TAN NOODLES TASTES CURRY BASED. Very seafoodish / curry tasting. Not advised. All and all, would eat again to try another dish.
