The food truck came to our neighborhood and we had several things, they were all great and the Cuban sandwich was outstanding.
Got their very last dish at Postdoc brewery and it was great!
The food was fine. So why the one star review? After ordering some food from the MexiCuban truck, they scraped my address from the transaction and automatically added me to their email list. Lame. Very lame.
Oh man these guys need more locations. This place is a gem, not a cheap one tho. Everything on the menu is great. It's so hard to pick. I ordered the fried tortilla chicken tacos. So gooood. I wish it didn't have to end so soon, but the portion was a bit small. I almost want to dock a star for the price vs portion, but I'll let them have the 5 star since I'm still happy
I loved the food! I was hoping to dine in, but that appears to still not be available. Had I known that, I would have hit up a food truck of theirs that was closer and not waited on the sidewalk with a cold wind blowing on me. I ordered the tostones with pork. The balance of the dish was absolutely amazing! The soft, meaty pork with the crispy, sweet, salty tostone was a marriage made in heaven! Add in the chipotle aioli, salty cheese, and pico de gallo and it was a symphony in my mouth. I have to hit up a food truck and try the fluffy tacos; they look amazing.
Worst experience. Ordered online, nowhere on their ordering page said they were closed Tuesday. So I had to have my wife pick it up Wednesday at 11:15 and figure out other food for dinner.My wife goes to pick up Wednesday on her lunch break. Sign says they are open but it is dark so she knocks on the window stands there for 15 minutes and gives up. Now I have to try to cancel my CC payment. Will never try again.If you go order there because it looks like a shtshow.
Outstanding food truck that was at Hellbent Brewery in Seattle's Lake City neighborhood. The food was delicious, mostly GF, and fresh. But, the carnitas topped tostones we're incredible. Topped with onion, tomato, cilantro, and a little cheese.

Excellent! More menu items offered than just what's on their website. Everything we got was delicious, especially the bowls which reminded me of some of the flavors I grew up with. Generous portions. Caramel filled churros were amazing and a fun treat (get extra)!
Truly phenomenal! Such a great addition to White Center dining.
