This place is an overpriced rip off. 30 dollar enchilada plate?!! Are you kidding me!! If im.payimg 30 bucks for enchiladas it better be stellar. It's not. It's a small portion, with rice and refried beans and the refried beans aren't too hot. And the enchiladas go down in 4 bites. The margarita was good. And service was good. People here are super friendly. But I must admit im never going back
Mezcaleria was a favorite date night place in the beforetime, but it's a different format now. i wish i could give 3.5 stars, because the mole was good, but the plate was small and not well-balanced. the chicken was poached and a bit overdone. the beans were good but disproportionately spicy to the rest of the dish and the rice was plain and also a bit overcooked. got a $12 grenache rosé that was fine, tasted like a regular grenache rosé... but from Mexico, so i suppose that's neat. something that showcases the unique terroir or style of the developing Mexican wine scene would be cool, but i get there's limited distribution up here. service was slow, maybe they were busier than planned? but FOH staff were calm and that helped the vibe. overall, WAY better than Poquito's, but we both had to eat more when we got home, and for $30 entrees, i just feel like i should've been set for the evening.??♂️
Love this place for easy Mexican eats that are delicious, traditional, and comforting. Take out or dine in. If you stay, try a seat at the wrap around bar so you can watch the kitchen in action! It's a lot of fun & entertaining! Perfect background for a first date.
The food was amazing and the atmosphere warm and charming but the real beauty of this spot is the staff! Rarely do I feel so welcomed and charmed in Seattle as I did by the lovely folks at Mercado Luna. We’ll be back for more great eats and friendly faces and encourage you to pop in to enjoy as well! Al Pastor tacos and Mezcal!! First time going and went on a Saturday night, sat for dinner at ground level and had a great time. The bartender was super helpful and so nice, she made me feel so welcome here on my first visit. I am definitely going back!!

We made reservations for 6 for my cousin’s birthday and we had a few communications back and forth. My daughter and I took a $50 Uber and once we got there we were told it is 21 and older. Clearly this is my fault but I don’t see it in the website and not once in our communication did the restaurant mention this. I assumed which is again my fault. The rating isn’t because of that but because not one person showed our family any kindness or sympathy and I was shown the door without another word. I stood outside in the cold with my daughter and tried frantically to call my sister or cousin. I asked twice if I could go back inside and the second time I asked the bouncer or host he opened the door with annoyance and stood over me while I tried to explain to my family the situation, awkwardly give hugs and hand my cousin her birthday gift. I just wish someone had been kind. The party got separated because no one understood what was happening.
Mercado Luna is the best. Staff are awesome, food and drinks are fantastic.
Food was overpriced for how mediocre it tasted, drinks were unremarkable. Their order at the table system had exorbitant fees… I’d rather go to Carmellos, better food at a better price.
This was one of my best experiences to date in a resturant. The servers we had were knowledgeable, amazing mixologists (omg everyone had amazing drinks that I would try... none was better than the other and that's rare!!) and HUGE compliments to the chef that gave us all types of richness of flavor from appetizers to the main course!!It was over all an A+ experience and that was just ground floor, there are 4 floors each with a different vibe (including a Taco truck on the top floor!!). So looking forward to visiting again, it was worth EVERY PENNY!I just hope the quality won't go down over time cause this really was top echelon service, food, DRINKS, and vibe!! Kudos!! 10's across the board from me!????
