I have been here twice and have had a pleasant experience both times. The one must try as per me is the cinnamon roll. I really liked their cinnamon roll. They usually have a queue for the weekend breakfast and it is pretty fast moving. I got the steak skillet without the eggs and it was pretty good. My wife got the egg Benedict which was with mushrooms this week. She did not like it that much and said it was a bit more sour than expected. From a presentation I felt the skillet looked pretty good but the Benedict not so much. The service was super fast and the staff is very friendly.
One of my favorite breakfast sports in Seattle. I make a point to come here every time I am in the city. Well worth waiting in line for! My partner got a Bloody Mary and it was phenomenal! There isn't a bad thing on the menu.
Party of two, Sunday brunch. Arrived around 10:30 and got seated pretty quickly. Took about 20 minutes to get our server and order. Took about another 45 minutes to get our cinnamon roll and then another 25 minutes to get our food.Food is good, but not “wait 1.5 hr good”.
It was so delicious very impressed and I loved that it was near the water
Went here with my sister visiting from out of town, and we both agreed we would go back! They have a wide variety of dishes and we were both able to find something we really enjoyed to eat. My sister got the fish and chips, which she said was amazing, and I got the crispy pork carnitas, which was excellent! We also split the cast iron cookie, and had lavender lemonade to drink. I'll definitely be visiting again soon!
Best brunch I’ve had since I left New York City. Dog friendly patio! Gluten free options! Incredible cocktails! Angel and Boston made this the best experience and I’ll absolutely be returning REGULARLY.
We had a wonderful brunch here. I had the farmhouse bloody mary and breakfast tacos with carne asada. My wife had a grapefruit bellini and a breakfast sandwich with chicken sausage. All the food was delicious. The service was a little slow due to how busy it was but our waiter Michael was fantastic.
Overall the food was good, service was meh, and price was kind of expensive side for what you get.We came here for brunch on Saturday, and waited about 40 minutes before getting seated. The wait times were pretty expected. We got the lavender lemonade, pork carnitas hash, and biscuit and gravy with a side of chicken. First off, skip adding the fried chicken entirely it was deep fried to oblivion and cost an extra $7. Otherwise everything else was good (4/5)!We ordered our food and drinks immediately when greeted by the server and it took FOREVER for us to get a pitcher of water and another lifetime to get our drinks. I think it was about 5 ish minute before we got our food. And then we were never able to get refills on water.
It was an ok, slightly pretentious, confused service and experience. For the eggs Benedict there was no option to swap the Canadian bacon with something else or even to remove it altogether). No reason was given why this wasn’t possible. With regards to the drinks, they were “ok”:- the Mexican hot chocolate was too sweet as a school of marshmallows were swimming in it;- the dragonfruit shrub (described as an Italian soda) was “ok” but far from being an Italian soda. When our biscuits and gravy plate was ”, the waiter commented on “a whole pile of carbs landing on the table”. Somehow, this comment made us feel that there was a conflict between the wait staff and the kitchen or a slight judgment to our order.
Went on a busy Sunday brunch. Place is alright, food is ok but a little pricey for what you get. I felt like the Classic Breakfast was a little lacking. Free parking in the lot next to Blue Water. Being on the lakefront is a plus though.
