Wonderfully delicious and unique Asian-style desserts. I especially loved the strawberry milk shaved ice and the chocolate egg waffles. I find myself often visiting Meet Fresh, when I have a table at Din Tai Fung with a 1 to 2 hour wait. Dessert before dinner never hurt anyone. ;-)
Their boba used to be fantastic but recently they started watering it down or using 0 percent milk. Because of this it tastes super watery. Gave it two tries since the change, won’t be coming back.
No Manager to talk to!! If your going to put restrictions of orders at closing time a half an hour before the doors shut than state that fact on your website or at the store front!!!! Waited 20 mins before getting a notice of cancellation at 8:30!! No Manager was on site just brainless workers. You lost money and waisted my time!!!
Meet fresh is good as usual. The clerk wasn’t the most friendly, but ok.But most importantly they wouldn’t let me have my creamer with my hot grass jelly!!! They said it’s only available with icy grass jelly. BUT I’VE BEEN TO AT LEAST 3 LOCATIONS AND THIS IS THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS THIS RULE???
Ordered ahead 5 item for in store pick up, and they won’t give me a bag… everything is laying on the counter where everyone has access to it. Shouldn’t everything be sealed for Covid reason? I asked the girl how am I suppose to carry it all out by myself? She just gave me this “isn’t this unfortunate” look. AND they can only take cash for the 8 cents bag, or they will charge you $1 plus tax for any mobile or card pay. They did give me a bag in the end because they can’t figure out how to work the register, but I was told next time I’ll have to buy a bag in store with a purchase. Absolutely absurd.
Don’t get me wrong… I like Meet fresh a lot. I have been visiting them whenever I travel to different cities in the country. However, this place is a bit depressing as they don’t talk to you while ordering. And they mess up my order, by just duplicating what my friends order. The place is lacking of friendly-ness and welcoming-ness. It’s not the drink and food, but the staff can definiley do better!
So good. I loved the Taiwanese deserts!We ordered the waffle, boba tea shaved ice bowl, and taro red bean w/ jelly desert (not sure of the name). All three deserts were good! The boba tea shaved ice is definitely on the sweeter side but I still liked it and it was enough to share with my husband. I can’t wait to try more of the options!
Really like the desserts here but minus two stars for the service. The young woman i asked one question of acted like I was personally holding her family hostage and forcing her to work there. I almost always do takeout but if you eat here, be prepared to wipe down your own table and seats of the mess left by the previous diners (the paper towels and spray bottles are on top of the trash cans).
Absolutely terrible terrible place. We spent 20 minutes in line, ordered 6 things, just to have our order unceremoniously cancelled a few minutes later. Why did they cancel our order? They were missing a single ingredient, and the system's fallback was just to cancel all of our items.The people behind the counter were also incredibly unhelpful. Not only did they not empathize with our annoyance, but they also refused to do anything to help. Apparently, and maybe this is less of a criticism of the workers more of the system, they are so beholden to the electronic ordering system that they couldn't do anything about it. No substitutions. No alterations. They couldn't even just exclude the one minor missing ingredient or make our other orders. Not sure why their ordering system is so trash, but at least have a decent fallback when your program fails, yeah?
The worst service and bad drink! I used to like this place...I wanted my wrong drink to be changed only.Then a very cranky representative came to me.....She said the only thing I can do is go back to order the right drink next time????No exchange,no return, bad service, very tough people.I don't Meet Fresh here.Hey, manager,This happened at 6:40pm 10/30/2021 for basic customer service training purpose, if you care.
