One of the best Indian places I have been everything was amazing

The pakoras appetizer is huge and worth getting along with their rose lassi. Pictured: gulab jamun kofta, one of the vegetarian entrees.

It’s not closed!!

Drinks were excellent and fun. Food does taste good and it was fun to try (and the back patio is so cute and intimate and HEATED), but overall nothing wowed us enough to make this a regular visit other than for drinks and a snack.Lamb - got rave reviews from friends (but that was really the only dish).Black cod - good in separate components, but together the sauce really overpowered the taste of the fish.Scallops - slightly overcooked, and was honestly more impressed by all the other things on the plate than the scallops themselves.Paneer and kofta - good reviews from friends, but you can also get this almost anywhere?Moonglet - fun and unique to eat.Carrots - meh?Breads - tried both, these were tasty.

The food was good but not amazing and prices were high for the ambiance and presentation I think. I prefer the food at Nirmal's when I want to splurge on delicious Indian food.

Food was pretty meh. Over priced and little flavour. Cod was well cooked but bland. Mustard sauce added nothing. Lamb chop was alright. Not really Indian flavors (chimichurri). Heirloom carrots were also bland. Maybe should have been roasted? Chaat was the only thing that tasted decent. Drinks were fine.

The place really let us down, had high expectations from the food but was really disappointing. The servers were courteous and ambience was just okay. The pricing of the food was completely unjustified to its sheer quality and even its portion size. A major chunk of items were unavailable at the time of our order. We went in a group and tried almost everything starting from burata salad, rarah keema pao, Amritsari fish, moonglet then butter chicken, paneer mirch ka salon, goan prawns and bukhara Dal in mains and moong dal halwa, bread pudding and roast coconut kheer in deserts and hardly any of them could make a remarkable impression.

Food is delicious but the portions are kind of small! I also didn’t love that there was only one dish for each type of protein. Like they only had butter chicken, no other chicken dishes. Service was good and it’s cute inside!

One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve been to. The food is traditional Indian but with a twist. We ordered jal jeera, chilla and chhole kulcha. I like how inventive yet true to roots it is. And don’t miss the dessert! Moong dal halwa was the highlight for me.

Excellent meal. Excellent service. The drinks were incredible. The patio is so enclosed, it's like you're practically inside, so I felt a little weird about that, but the ambiance is nice. We had a wonderful experience overall and will be back.
