First impression was that this place is very clean and organized, and the employees are friendly and nice. 4 stars because they messed up my order at first and I had to send it back to fix it, the spicy beef stew was good, but could really be better. Hopefully they'll have egg noodles as an option as well in the future. I would definitely come back to try more of their food and possibly change the rating.

They have good pho. I usually order pho with mixed veggies and tofu. It’s good. Their take out packaging is good as well. They are usually pretty quick in getting your food ready for pick up. Recommend this place for their pho.

My sister and I came up from Oregon for the Mariners game and found this amazing restaurant. Mai's Kithchen has fantastic food. It was fresh, hot and flavorful. We enjoyed it very much.

very affordable and delicious - I've had the banh mi, fresh rolls, BBQ buns, gyoza, thai tea, and more, and you get a really great amount of food for the price.great chill atmosphere if you're eating in, and no issues so far the few times I've had delivered.

My favorite go-to place to grab a quick lunch in Capitol hill. Friendly and nice staffs and owners, and delicious food with various options to choose from. Great customer service! I love the Bun bo hue here! Definitely recommended!

This is not great Vietnamese food but it is OK. I order takeout to this place a lot because it is a 1 minute walk from me. But recently not only is the food just okay - the service is very slow, but not consistently slow. Sometimes when I order, food will be ready in five minutes despite the estimated 15-20. Other times, I get there after half an hour and they say another 20 minutes. I won’t be coming back until they get their act together.

Great food, especially for the price! The vegetarian pho is especially flavorful for vegetarian broth and the banh mi is also very solid

Extensive menu of Vietnamese favorites with a few twists thrown in, like a fried egg ban mi or a deep-fried pork bun (which are super delicious). Service is friendly and food is prepared to order quickly. Staff is friendly and seem genuinely appreciative that you are there. A little pricey, but worth it.

Pho is pretty good, but I got the beef and received literally two very thin slices of meat for the whole dish. Kind of a letdown

Good soup & noodles! I also had their banh mi earlier which was just okay, but the service is quick and the their signature dishes are good, which makes this a solid lunch option. Their passion fruit juice had fruit bits which I liked.
