I had given it 5 star reviews earlier, but the place has really degraded now. Lot of waiting to get served. there was just one person taking orders for all the table. I feel bad for them, but we had to wait an hour to get one burger and fries.And they got us the wrong fries.Also the food quality has changed from 5 months back, or rather 10 days back. The garlic fries which I used to love are not the same. The look, the quality and taste have degraded.This place is understaffed.
The burgers were good but the service was poor. This was my second visit. There's a sign at the entrance that says "wait to be seated" but you'll end up waiting a long time because staff won't acknowledge you even when the restaurant is empty. Once they do, they just ask you to grab a seat like any other fastfood joint. I had to try hard to get their attention so I can order. The restaurant wasn't busy; the two staff members were busy chatting up with a girl at the bar. Tear Jerker Burger and Boston Donut Shake arrived and they had put a very narrow straw in a very thick shake. Very poor attention! I had to struggle again to grab their attention to get my straw replaced. Very poor service; I won't be back again. It's almost like they don't want me there.
Great service and overall environment, both inside and out. Will definitely come here this summer to watch a local sports game or to enjoy the patio. They have an easy take-out process which is great because I live nearby. In terms of food, the apps are great (we had the buffalo rollups). The burger was dressed up nicely, but the burger patty tasted like it was previously frozen. A little spendy for the quality of the burger, but still good overall.
I went with a friend before a concert in the area. The prices are fair for the quality and amount of food you get. I had a milkshake that was amazing. My friend had a boozy milkshake he said was awesome as well.I had a burger that was really good. The service was a weeeee bit slow, but the quality of the food and drinks made up for it. Next time I have a show to go to close by I'd totally eat here again. It was clean and the staff were very friendly.
5-star service, but meh burger. The waiter was extremely nice and helpful. Got the tear jerker and was disappointed. The bun was dry and the meat was under seasoned. The recess shake was good though! Come for the tots, shake, and service.
Definitely a great place with quality food. So delicious and unique to the place all the foods. Will go back again.
Aside from the TV blasting the sad after-game commentary on a list football game my visit was great.Eventually someone turned on music and the mood lightened considerably.Staff was friendly and helpful.Booth was clean.The portions were perfect. I left satisfied and but not overfull. It was a refreshing experience at a burger restaurant.I will definitely return.
I’m not sure how this place has such a high rating, but I guess those people got actual decent customer service and warm food?So this was my second visit and I regret eating there both times. I figured the first time was a fluke, and they were having an “off day”. We waited for what seems like 15 minutes for someone to acknowledging us sitting at the table. The food takes a while to come out, which I’m fine with. I’m not expecting to eat right away. But when the burgers and buns are burnt and the fries are cold (room temperature at best), that is not acceptable. At all. The wait staff didn’t check on us either time we ate there. I guess they were busy doing other things like joking around in the back.I’m not planning on eating here again. The only reason they get 2 stars is their milkshakes are amazing. Food and customer service are not.
Fantastic lunch option for vegans and vegetarians looking for a burger fix! There were many meat options for those so inclined, but I was happy to see such a cornucopia of offerings for those veg restricted. We started out with the Buffalo cauliflower wings-a must have for heat seekers. We paired that with a local craft brew and Impossible custom burger. Prefer Beyond parties? They have those too! The service was warm and inviting. We will definitely stop again!
Ordered Mac and cheese which was literally just poorly cooked noodles with margarine butter, a medium rare Smoker burger that was overcooked to a crisp and lacked all flavor, Alaskan fish and chips that look nothing like the photos, lacked all meat, and was chewy.We also ordered 4 alcoholic drinks all of which cost over $12 and tasted no alcohol.
