Great spot for a quick snack beside the Ballard Locks. The service was friendly and the food delicious. Was glad of the pit stop before my visit to the Locks. Really nice place.

I am sentimental about the Lockspot as it was where my dad hung out in Highschool in 1949. The food is good. I just wish access to a current menu was easier to find online for us oldies. That said, Thank you for keeping the history of the lockspot alive!

Was my First time here. Learned from my Wife while waiting for Lunch, a Dear Friend worked there some 30 years ago, and actually met Her Husband there. Well I took a Pix and sent it to Her as Her Husband has been ill and said "Thinking of You".She called immediately to let me know my Friend was placed in Hospice on Tuesday. He Passed Sunday.KARMA brought me there. The Wonderful Young Lady who waited on us was Amazing. My Wife said that the Bloddymary's were the Best ever!I will swear the Seafood Platter is the Best!Thank You everyone at the Lockspot.

Ordered some food here last night after visiting the locks and garden. Definitely a cute place to eat outside.Friendly service and the fish & chips was okay. The clam chowder was really thin and tasted good but had a ton of sand in the calms.

Just stopped by with my son and his girlfriend. Got the fish tacos. I’m positive they used crab cakes instead of cod, which turned out to be amazing. Hopefully it wasn’t a mistake!

Great fish and chips, burgers are quality. Can't go wrong with this spot. I'm so thankful I chose this instead of taco time next door. Service is great too!

I made a stop there and realized that was so late that all I ordered was a cup of clam chowder. The server was really polite when I told him I had to leave... My intention was to have a great pint of local beer; cup of the delicious chowder and they're fabulous fish and chips... Alas, I will have to go back for the beer and the fish and chips.

Went there for brunch. Great decision. Tasty food, relaxed atmosphere, friendly service --don't wait 2hrs at Portage Bay, walk a block to the lock spot! We're planning a late night trip back, cause the menu lists a fresh skillet baked brownie with ice cream. ?!

Went to the deck counter at about 9pm because I've always wanted to check it out. Got the three piece Halibut and Chips. It was fantastic! Took about 8 minutes to come out. The tartar sauce hype is real!It was significantly better than the halibut and chips I had in Valdez,Alaska this summer!!!( Lockspot was half the price). Huge flaky chunks! The fries were clearly made from potatoes! Yum! 100% Recommended.

Probably the best clam strips I have had in Seattle. The fish 'n chips were tender and cooked perfectly. Home cut fries. Well cooked, flavorful, not greasy. I will definitely be back
